@@wilana-6196 I think the ratio is 1:1 beans and caster sugar but it's adjustable to taste. It's not 'American sweet' but it's one of the sweeter Japanese confections if I remember correctly. :)
beda mbak, agar agar itu harus diilarutkan dgn air dan dimasak sampai mendidih dulu baru bisa ngeset, kalau gelatin powder cukup di larutkan di air dan gausah sampai mendidih cukup di bain marie saja udah bisa dipake. Kalau agar agar tekstur nya lebih kaku dan padat, gelatin lebih lembut tapi tidak kenyal seperti jelly.
