I would like to personally apologize to all of you. Trump is an embarrassment to the United States and I am ashamed that many of my countrymen support him. This election will mark the third time I have not voted for him. If he manages to win then I might be moving to one of your countries.

The difference is that this time around, we have propaganda sources such as Fox News. Next time, point out to them that the Old Testament is the Hebrew Bible, the Bible of the Jews. The Jews believe life begins at first breath. In fact, the Talmud notes that the fetus is “mere water” before 40 days of gestation. After that, the fetus is considered a physical part of the mother’s body & doesn’t have a life of its own or the same rights as one who is already alive. The primary concern is the well-being of the mother. Her interests always come before that of the fetus as per Exodus 21:22-23. Jewish law explicitly states that abortion is not only permitted but required if the mother’s life or health is endangered. This is why abortions are legal in Israel. The Jeremiah verse - Jeremiah was afraid to be a prophet & that was God telling him God created him for that purpose. Won't find anything anti-abortion in the OT since the Jews never had a problem with it.
