- Just Stop Oil protesters Eben Lazarus and Hannah Hunt join Piers Morgan Uncensored to discuss climate change protests and how their methods are negatively affecting the public, such as our other guest Amanda Bishop who missed most of her mother's funeral due to today's motorway closures.
Piers begins by asking the protestors if they feel what they are doing is effective and they respond by saying that "they have to do whatever they can to force the Government to implement this change".
Piers then asks Amanda about her experience with the protests delaying her from getting to her mother's funeral. She missed her designated slot and had to rush the whole service in 10 minutes. She tells Eben and Hannah that they're "not winning people over" and that what they are doing is "an act of terrorism".

Ive also heard of a man who was taking their mother to the hospital, for a STROKE. SHE HAD TO ENDURE A FULL STROKE FOR 6 HOURS BECAUSE OF A PROTEST.
Not a doctor, but I know that with such conditions the time matters. I think the family of the woman should consider suing them for severe health damage caused by their actions. Maybe would be problematic to sue individuals, but the organization may be sued too.

Let me give them a real "STOP OIL" project. If they really wanted everyone to stop using oil, their first step should not be making trouble. Each of them become millionnaires and billionnaires. Now, once you have funds, establish a company giving FREE solar panel system. Attach those solar panel to each household for free. That would decrease the use of oil for electricity.
No one would say no if you are giving them something for free, let alone, something that would help them. Not only they helped "save the environment and stop global warming" they also helped people. That way, while no one gets annoyed by them, people would actually think about their cause. Because right now, all they do is talk and no act.
They want to "stop oil" and yet they use shirts made by factory (which uses electricity that uses oil), they go to their areas by using cars (that uses oil), and at night, they cook using stove (that uses oil). They want others to "stop oil" but they can't stop using it for themselves.

And I definitely understand that they would be arrested pronto, and that’s exactly why I personally feel like it would work if they do it enough times. Because if the number of protesters outnumber of the police, then they’ll have to call for back up from bigger agencies. And then ones that got arrested eventually return right back to where they were protesting to rinse and repeat. Then, hopefully and eventually they’ll have no choice but to hear the people out.

When I was a baby, I had a super high fever. My mom was speeding to the hospital, and when she got pulled over by the police, they then gave us an escort. My mom, dad, and auntie all told me I was minutes away from dying, according to the doctor. Had I not received immediate aid, I'd have died. I'm worried about the emergencies that can't be delayed just to make a point.

I was heading to work at the Emergency Room when I was unable to get there because of a protest on the roads. I can only hope that these kids will someday feel the pain of not having services when they need it. Shame on them. This alienates people, it does NOT make people flock to their cause.
