I LOVE this one!! A lot of your videos look great except most skip stretching the hip flexors 🙁 when I come across any of yours that do, they are always a favorite!! Would love to see more of your vids have hip flexor stretching like this one does 😃😃
Wow, I’m almost ashamed to say that it’s been over a year, at least it feels like it, since I followed along to one of your videos, I get your video notifications all the time too and tell myself I should do that but never do. Today I finally left your notification uncleared and told myself it’s only 5 minutes, I’m not going to clear it, I’m going to leave it there until I click on it and follow along. I have really been needing this in my life, not only for my body especially but for my state of mind. Yesterday and the past few weeks have been very emotionally draining and I have not been centered and have been angry a lot and frustrated at others because they have done things that affect my life and are beyond my control. This helped bring me back centered and I feel at peace right now and calm and one with myself. I am planning to keep continuing following your videos. You have so many and post so regularly I have no excuse. With this feeling you brought me today I can’t keep ignoring what I need for myself. Thank you for always being there the past few years since I found your page and continuing to bring us these amazing relaxing and important body health videos, even if we have wavered you have not and I can count on that! 🥳 thank you again! Keep it up. 👏🏼
