  • Today's video is a fall hospital vlog while going through a chronic illness flare up while also dealing with the mental health/ medical trauma side of things as well. I battle with POTS, cyclical vomiting syndrome, Gastroparesis, as well as a seizure disorder. Get an inside look into what life is like when you are a frequent hospital patient due to living with multiple chronic illnesses.

    Im sorry you went through that and Sending hugs and healing vibes. I have a lot of medical truama too and so i completely understand the frustration. It is hard living with a body that is trying to basically kill you.

    I have a lot of medical trauma from doctors invalidating me and misdiagnosing me but luckily I have the best psychiatrist in the state and I'm on Valuim 3x daily and other meds plus he prescribes my seizure meds because no neurologist will listen to me about my epilepsy and I cant get any rescue meds for my seizures which can get bad

    I shouldn't say this but always keep some meds on you just one or two of each of your meds that way if they ever don't give them to you then you can try and take the pills you have (yes I know you'll probably bring it back up but it better to have them and hope they work then suffer till they do there job)

    I wish in the uk they would write down meds and times it would make it so much easier and it means people won't keep buzzing to ask about meds as you will be able to see if your due or not

    Oh dear God you remind me of me when I was dealing with Mesenteric Artery Stenosis. I know you’re afraid to have Bypass surgery for your SMS but you’re young. Medications never took away my pain, it was a hell I wouldn’t wish on anyone. I pray something changes for you. Nobody should live this way. Pray for you🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

    Does your body absorb any fat from the food cocktail you’re given? I’m only asking because my body couldn’t.

    how are you able to have visitors with covid

    • @ChronicallyLindsay
      @ChronicallyLindsay  2 года назад +1

      Their policy rn is only 1 visitor is allowed per day, which is why it was either my mom or gf for the day, it’s one of the reasons I drive to that hospital cuz my local hospital still has a no visitor policy for adults and it’s just to hard for me mentally to do it totally alone!
