My father called me "Sunshine" growing up. He passed last October. I heard this for the first time shortly after that. The line "Even when you're dead and gone, you can always reach me. All you have to do is call me, little Sunshine!" Gets me every time.

My 18 yr old daughter took me to a Ghost concert recently. Not knowing what to expect and all I can say, they were brilliant! Their music took me out of my comfort zone. Ghost has gained another fan!!

Ghost is addicting. Never ever have I loved a band so much. Saw them in Burgettstown, Pennsylvania. I'm 54 and took my 14 year old daughter. She loves them so much she couldn't stop crying.

The only ghoul who did any serious songwriting was Martin Persner, aka Omega, who's now with Magna Carta Cartel. He testified on Tobias' side during that debacle of a lawsuit, and they're still pals, so I think it's fair to say that Ghost has always been Tobias' project. It's like in the 90's, when every NIN album said in the notes "Nine Inch Nails is Trent Reznor". We've known for a long time that offstage, Ghost is Tobias Forge.

I know I am not alone when I say this band saved my life. I'm not just talking "I had a bad and it picked me up."
I am in the fight of my life with cancer for the 2nd time in 6 years which my team of doctors said was impossible. IT COULD NEVER COME BACK. Yet here I am fighting not only the disease but all my mental, emotional, and spiritual things that come with it.
I have bed ridden for a couple months now and watching ANYTHING Ghost gets me through.
I'm near Chicago so there are opps to see them almost if not every cycle and I look forward to the day of being front row...

It’s not just studio effects…that’s arrangement, songcraft and effective production. The fact that his voice is quadrupled (I’d be willing to bet it’s even more…probably two or three voices per part) isn’t studio trickery…it’s the art of making a vocal section powerful and engaging.

One of the rare bands that is crossing generations. If we can get a second leg US tour, we can bring the youngin's to experience what we did in the 80's...their show is about as close as it gets these days. All the kids today totally missed out. Check out Dance Macabre, it's pretty irresistible.

Tobias Forge is a great songwriter and performer. I'm an old Head, but new to Ghost. I thank the Algorithm for this one. Now I have Ghost, and I have everything.
Yeah he is a true music nerd that has listened to so much of the greats of the past.. He has said that he has a good memory for melodies and elements of songs and does not forget them easily once he has heard and appricated something in a song. Excellent job at making something sound like 70s 80s classics while also sounding fresh and new at the same time. Max Martin once said that metal musicians&songwriters are the most likely to be able to write quality pop tunes and that certainly was true for Tobias Forge that was an death metal musicians for many years. Omega described him as a pop genius recently and i totally agree. TF's fandom of ABBA is clear as day in many parts of the discography which is one of the reasons i really like Ghost.

It sounds like a perfect mix between Prequelle and Meliora. The music is actually so complex and put together so perfectly that it takes several listens to hear all the nuances. Probably be discovering new things for months to come. It's clear Tobias is a musical mastermind.

First time I ever heard this song after giving the album a go recently..... *bawled my eyes out.* This was incredibly comforting, especially because I had been feeling so alone... I've know this band for years and even though I hadn't really gotten into the lore & stuff until about 2-3 weeks ago, I can honestly say I'm a huge fan, partially obsessed, and can't bloody well wait to see them live one day. The album Infestissumam was my introduction to this band and it has been a comforting presence in the background for years. Promising to be a constant companion, Tobias refers to himself as 'Little Sunshine,' as the infamous British Occultist Crowley jokingly called himself. Then Tobias refers to himself as Mephistopheles, a demon who granted wishes in exchange for one's soul. Mephistopheles offers council, and was a complex, conflicted character who pleaded Faust not to sell his soul to him in the tale. The song describes its character as a companion, a demon, possibly a mage, and ultimately, the Devil. It's a haunting and catchy song, and the lyrics are classic tongue-in-cheek. Very on-brand for Ghost. I wouldn't expect anything less.

Dude, I met this band during one of those insomnia nights, I was playing some games, listening to music on youtube and Infestissumam (the full album) came on. I really enjoyed the opening track (Infestissumam) and just kept listening. When the album ended I was INSTANTLY addicted. I went on to listen to Meliora and Prequelle in the same night. I was up till 9 am listening to them and I just couldn't stop. I love this band and I really hope to see them live one day.
@@NoelBastosMusic sounds great, with me it was like phases, discovered Meliora and loved it the most, then Opus and when it dropped prequelle. Meanwhile i am all into Infestiussumam. The amount of great music is just overwhelming. Plus i could see them before covid, and have tickets for april but i am sceptical if it will happen
