This is my girl BRENDA. She is such a wonderful person. I will never forget how proud we were of her when she started singing with JERRY Butler.
Miss Eager you've been my HERO since the first time I heard Ain't understanding mellow ! It brings tears to my eyes every time I hear you at the end saying AINT IT MELLOW always makes me emotional it feels like ur singing to me ! I absolutely love the song 💃🏿 you and Jerry are the best ! God Bless You both ❤️🙏🏾
She has the voice. What a wonderful woman.

Ain't Understanding Mellow - This was such a great clip.
Priceless!!!! So much I never knew, despite knowing you all this time Brenda. I LOVE THIS!!!! Looking forward to your new show. Love you! xoxo
I love the songs she sang with Jerry Butler. Thanks for posting.
This lady sounds like she could have a sick movie made about her life. The twist is the fact that she's seen all these artists from another angle. Great stories, really enjoyed listening.
Big fan of Brenda! She rocks!
i know that energy...i know that knowledge....oh my goodness..this is so real..
Wonderful video! Everything about it had my eyes glued to the screen--not to mention that she dropped a few gems in there :) Thanks for posting!!
Thank you for getting these stories out there!!
LADY Soul 🌹🏵️🌷🌺❤️ love her Classic timeless!! Beautiful music!!🎙️🎶🎵🎼🎹🎸🎷🥁🎺
Wow Brenda is such an amazing talented lady! I loved watching this interview, because there's nothing better than getting an inside glimpse of the realness behind the music. I love her energy as well. Reminds me of family :)
I can't believe I'm listening to the woman from "Ain't understanding mellow" are you kidding me? She completely murdered her part in that song. Never heard anybody (and sorry, you can line up every female soul singer that you want) sing a part as well as she did on that record. "And Wellllllllllllllll". (its how she ended that long riff that makes me push my chair back". You lookin at ONE PHENOMENAL SANGER!!!
Wow Legend !!!
Excellent choice for your video. What talent! Congrats. Great one by JAMMCARD
She didn’t talk about that incredibly voice of hers. ❤
I absolutely love her❤️❤️❤️
My Auntie! She is marvelous!
This was soooo great to watch!! The following your passion, KNOWING what you want to do and the Universe rising up to assist you!! I LOVED THAT!! It's my life right now. But aside from that I met Ms. Eager once when she came into my job at the time about 4 years ago. I saw her face and was like...I know that face, why do I know her and then it popped into my mind...Brenda Lee Eager!! My uncle is Jerry Butler and she made some music with him. I'm a generation behind her so when I said, "I know you" she said, "no you don't, you're too young to know me" and I told her her name and said my uncle is Jerry Butler and we had a nice little chat. She gave me her card and told me to tell my uncle to call her. That's a nice memory to keep. I had no idea she'd made so much music with so many big names. This was really cool.
She will be at the Catalina Jazz Club - LA on Sep 26th! She will be backed by some of the dearly departed great Etta James' band members too!
inspiring!

WHAT A "BEAUTIFUL VOICE" LOVE TO HAER HER SIGN
She know her behind did not come from mobile ala but from lower peachtree ala. She had many poor little brothers and
brothers which she turned her back on. Her mother was a very beautiful lady who stayed in the country until she got ill, then
moved to mobile where she died. This lady was very selfish.
