Gotta enable digital acceptance like estimates for this to be the killer feature it should be. Right now we’re downloading the PDF, feeding into DocuSign and then out to the customer and going back in to ST to mark it as accepted. Kinda wacky.
If you have service agreements enabled on your account, then the document engine should also be enabled. They are two different switches on the back-end, so it's possible that one was missed. Support can help you

Is the document template builder even live yet? I do not have the option for it, nor do I see the option to turn it on if the feature configuration.
