I used HCP twice for my hvac company. I loked HCP alot the issues that i had with HCP is that we had a customer that paid for a service then told her cc company she didn't authorize the payment. HCP took the payment to hold until the investigation was done in 30 days. Well dispute went in our favor and we won the dispute however, our card processing suspended. HCP uses Stripe for payment processing and it was stripe decision to suspended the payment processing. Thryv have its own payment processing, so beware.
Payment gateway/processors are something I come across a lot when consulting or doing software reviews. I might do a video on this specifically to address the different things to keep in mind when choosing!
