Mike you have been a blessing to this industry. I’m 27 and I own a landscaping business with my brother. Your videos have been incredibly helpful to us and our business. I bought your course and learned a vast amount of info that was a game changer for us. Now you are offering this software and being super transparent as always. Thank you brother!
Mike, have you tried Field Rocket at all? Copilot looks cool so does Jobber, but they don't have a free plan like Field Rocket so I'm curious what your thoughts are?
Sir, you are the type of person that other business people should listen to. What most don't understand is if you take care of your business and take care of your customers the rest takes care of itself.
Thank you so much for this. After spending A LOT of money on two CRM that are really not working for me I think I decided on the best fit after watching this video.
Absolutely! We will create a demo next week and have it available on the site. We will create a new one every few weeks because we are adding a lot of features etc. There is a free version of the software so you can also check it out using that option ✅👍🏻
What drives you? You provide so much quality value at scale on different fronts. I trust your product... as long as the customer service has evolved as planned (because then I know we can work through any growing pains/glitches)
We currently use Lmn. The main reason we are with them because we can make divisional budgets for snow, lawn, design build. It will take the budgets made and give a hourly man hr rate for each division. We were going with aspire but they base there pricing structure on the business revenue. We would be paying close to 3k per month. Will you have a divisional budget?
I like what I am seeing so far. I recently started looking at other CRMs and decided to stay where I am until I grow. But, I do have questions about the AI and where does it recive it's learning or imputs to make the descisions?
Thanks, Mike! I have never been in a beta, so I don't know if some of my issues will be fixed or not, but these are the things keeping me from jumping in 100%: 1.)The "Rate Us" and Work Request sections of the client portal are not editable. I don't offer many of the services listed and they don't reflect the options selected in the Work Request Form settings. 2.)The estimate is not very editable. There is no $ sign on the prices, the columns don't line up cleanly, and there is a column for sales tax that is unnecessary. 3.)Pictures do not show up in estimates. I have the Twig\Error\LoaderError, but I'm only in the free version, so there is nowhere to submit it. 4.)Emails sent other than estimates and invoices never show as "read". 5.)There are too many steps for the customer to add a card on file. Is there a reason they have to create an account? There are a couple more, but I'm confident that they are just 'placeholder' type issues and will be sorted in time.
THANK YOU FOR FEEDBACK! Some of these issues are since you are on the free version but we will do better to show that is the reason. 1-4.) all on our radar and being fixed next week. 5.) they should not need to create account… we will ensure their is a tutorial video on this made
Will copilot integrate incoming customer email similar to service autopilot? For example, if we email a customer their response shows up on their account and similarly if a customer emails in from the email on their account it also it shows up on their account. We use this feature in service autopilot and we love it and helps keep a record of communication all in one place and then we as a team can respond knowing all that has been discussed in the past. Helps greatly on the customer service side.
Not from Day 1. This is a heavy technical lift and not something we see a a unique differentiator with the changes coming to email technology. That being said, it is on the roadmap for 2024.... and it wont cost extra $50/month like SA.
We will make the jump, but I think we will wait one more year. I hope the state chemical report will be more friendly than SA. For the report in SA, I have to export the file and spend hours upon hours each year making it how they want to see it. We are starting pest control company, so I am hoping CP will suit it as well. The big thing with pest control is the time-blocking schedule, and SA does not have that feature, from my understanding. I wish you all the best, and I am cheering you on. Like you, I love many features of so many different CRM, but none fit us as well as SA. I have been with Sa for ten years and had no complaints except for the chem tracking.
Is there any chance that the chemical side will have more in-depth automation to it? Such as auto fill the current weather and wind at the current location, company and tech license #'s, truck ID, customer property sq ft automatically populates the box, daily chemical mix entered once in the morning and will use the same product mixture rate to populate each customer that day. When treating the same type of turf with the same chemicals/fertilizer mix, it saves a ton of time not having to enter the same information 30-40 times a day per tech. If doing different types of treatments, having a drop down with those mixture rates and chemicals used can be easier tracked and documented.
We have chemical tracking now. Admittedly this is the service I have the least experience in. We have some great updates to chemical tracking coming in 2023. HOWEVER, if you could make a screen recording of what you like the most about your current chemical tracking software and send it to support@copilotcrm.com that would help me A LOT! Thanks !
Quick question. I have kind of a unique situation for lawn care software. I am 16 right now, just bought a truck and trailer and looking to have a great season! I’m still in school, so I’m not full time or anything, but I want to get systems in place so that when I’m done with school I can go full time and have a large company. What software would you recommend for that situation? Right now yardbook might be best, but I want to learn something that I will be able to use with a larger more sophisticated company. Thanks!
Yes, Yardbook would be great right now.... if it starts to grow in a year or two thats when I would consider switching to Copilot for the features required to scale up and have a dispatch board, automations, etc
You missed service titan, in terms of home services, outside of lawncare companies, with extensive price book, it’s a beast to try and compete with. If you have a ton of items it’s a super important to have a solid pricebook
I'm excited to try it but letting you work out the kinks and add functionality first. Service Autopilot has gone to hell since Jonathan sold. Keeping my eye on this! Processing fees are indeed the real cost.
They are specific to lawn care. Besides Yardbook and LMN I was trying to stay general for all home service businesses. I will do comparison video down the road. Copilot is similar to LawnPro now (Feb 2023) but that will change as we add more enterprise level features on Copilot
I’ve been using Service autopilot from the get go and it has basically turned into a very expensive invoicing system for me the routing is great but you must get back in there and manually reroute maybe that’s normal but I wish I could create my routes one time and not have to keep fixing it week after week because it gets out or wack weekly
Office Hours are reserved for anyone in the Pro or Enterprise Level subscriptions. Starter package includes chat support and unlimited customers. Go to CopilotCRM.com/pricing for the full feature breakdown
does anyone know which of the software allow us to autimatically pass on credit card fees to the customer or at least part of it. or giving a lower price to those whom use ach?
Not sure what complex project management software you think pros are using on big jobs over $50k. I spent $200k on a landscape and zero software was used. Just saying… perfect is the enemy of good enough. Don’t sell your solution short for bigger contractors.
markete id the bresdt onde you czan by for your business i will tell you it is gooder thsn the other crm you said copolit is the one you love because you grow busuns wgat it cAN SAVE YOU BABY

LOVE the video! I just got approved for copilot, can’t wait to dive in this weekend and put it to work!
Thank you so much for this. After spending A LOT of money on two CRM that are really not working for me I think I decided on the best fit after watching this video.
Would be great to see a list of automations being offered.
It would be great to see a step by step guide of how you would use copilot for your business.

we literally had a team meeting around this video. Alot of great points made, thank you for making this.
Good info! I look forward to making the move over winter prior to the 2024 season!
We used jobber for a few years. We outgrew them . Switched to service autopilot
in what ways was jobber lacking? How did service autopilot fix the issue?
I LOVE THIS VIDEO! Great job! I almost purchased jobber, but highly considering copilot now
Saw the ad - checked out the links
Much appreciated 🙏🏼🙏🏼
Great information and transparent. Please don’t sell out, I’ll be wanting to join thanks to this 🎉

Hey Mike, I seen YOUR ad before the vid on my TV but not when I loaded it on my phone. Different profiles.
#testing 😀

LMN is awesome for budgeting. We are going to do job costing but not full out budgeting yet
I hope you guys do the budgeting in the near future. I'm looking for software that can scale us past 16m in the years to come.

Very informative Mike! Thanks! I would be interested in a comparison between copilot and single ops.

@@MikeAndes No, THANK YOU for everything you do for the community!
Thanks Mike! Do you have a view on HindSite's FieldCentral at all? Been looking at them too.
Great video. I am surprised that you did not include Aspire in that list.
We will make more comprehensive comparisons of companies like theirs soon
I'd like to see that as well. Thanks Mike.

Hey Mike! Love the new software! Is the mobile app coming to Canada anytime soon?
Yes. Very soon.
@@MikeAndes Thanks, Mike!
Keep doing what you're doing. You are awesome man. Thanks!!1

I use square appointments works well for smaller operations
Hey Mike, Lawn Pro or Yard Book for first starting out?
You missed service titan, in terms of home services, outside of lawncare companies, with extensive price book, it’s a beast to try and compete with. If you have a ton of items it’s a super important to have a solid pricebook
For sure. Comparison/review video coming in the future
Just curious to know if you’ve tried or had any thoughts on Service M8?
More comparison videos coming down the road
Hey mike, have you used Field Rocket? Would love to see a comparison there. I think its mostly free
I have been using field routes.
I'm excited to try it but letting you work out the kinks and add functionality first. Service Autopilot has gone to hell since Jonathan sold. Keeping my eye on this! Processing fees are indeed the real cost.
Hey Mike! Will the android app be available to download in Australia?
Yes. Within 1-2 weeks
great Job Mike 👏👍
Thank you! Cheers!
Excellent Breakdown
Mike for those of us who are starting part-time is Yard Book the only option worth it?
I bought LawnPro software based on your recommendations. Why didn’t you cover them in this video?
Would appreciate your insights
They are specific to lawn care. Besides Yardbook and LMN I was trying to stay general for all home service businesses.
I will do comparison video down the road.

what kinds of adjustments do you have to make?
Do people who are on the free plan have access to office hours? If so I’m wondering where the zoom link is available I’m definitely gonna upgrade soon
Office Hours are reserved for anyone in the Pro or Enterprise Level subscriptions. Starter package includes chat support and unlimited customers. Go to CopilotCRM.com/pricing for the full feature breakdown
What do you think about aspire software?
Its great for businesses $3M+
A bit expensive. But solid.
Is jobber secure and other CRMs? I'm putting customer information in and want to be safe from hackers
What about real green ? Thoughts
Comparison videos coming up in the future ✅👍🏻
Do you think it is worthwhile for a solo operator to have a CRM?
Yes 100%
Yardbook at the very least ✅👍🏻
is Copilot available internationally
Yes
@@MikeAndes ah cool

Copilot allows you to pass card fees to client
Anyone have a recommendation for route mapping? Or are they pretty similar?

True. Ghant graphs for scheduling and job costing are super helpful for some of the design build contractors 👍🏻

What CRM does perficut use?
They switched from SA to Aspire.
Forgot The Customer Factor
Service autopilot bulk schedule and completion of jobs is trash. That's why I'm here looking for new software. Stay away!
