I’m brown as well and to me it matters because I feel naked haha when I wear tones that are literally the same shade as me, so I get lighter browns or colours similar to the second pair of shoes he showed in the video (when he was comparing harsh colours to earthy ones on shoes), as that looks better with my skin. Some colors look terrible on some people, some look great. Bottoms are easy because (as long as they're not shorts) no skin shows anywhere right next to them. But if I for example take a dark beige crewneck and put it on, I look terrible, cuz the color washes me out. It's the same with make up for girls and that's why there's so many colors of it.

In my country there's ONE miss universe and she was a fashion icon for too many years. I blame her, Cecilia Boloco to be responsible of the obsession of every old lady in this country with sand, camel, earthy tones. I can't wear those colors without feeling like a grandma.
