I still wearing cargo with elastic cuff, because i love the cuff from jogger and pockets from cargo pants. 2 things i like in 1 pant, so why not. You dont like it doesn't mean that's a mistake, it just your personal preference. And so many techwear pants have cuff and pockets just like cargo, so that supposed to be a mistake too ???

I can agree with the first 4 rules, but the 5th rule shouldn't exist. The more exaggerated baggy cargo pants could definitely be fashionable. I think some people just lack the confidence and the experimental mind to give them a try. With that being said, it does all come down to preference with each rule. I think as a beginner's guide into Cargo pants this is useful in ways, so props to that!
