    Our 2020 Civic Sport Sedan with a 6 speed manual trans has that System works like a charm, Our Civic does shows a shift down arrow when someone slows down to turn in front of you and a small beep letting you know 😎👍.

      That’s awesome! I was wondering how it worked on the manual cars!

    Answer is, you just hold the button to adjust your distance. And your toggle between regular and adaptive cruise

    It will not stop you if you run up on stopped traffic while engaged. I have been going 60 and ran up on traffic......never slowed down!!!!

      Maybe you should go get that checked out because my car stops when I use this but I also have the 2021

      Is there an automatic setting so I don't have to wear out the buttons? I'm looking at a 2022.

    Just wanted to know if it has stop and go.

    • @BTurismo
      @BTurismo  2 года назад +1

      It will stop if you’re behind a car but it won’t stop for signs or traffic lights automatically.
      To go, just press resume once the car in front of you starts going again!

    Why does it show a “cruise main” button when I hit set after hitting main.

    • @BTurismo
      @BTurismo  2 года назад

      I think that is just letting you know the system is active.

      @@BTurismo yeah but the acc doesn’t work

    • @BTurismo
      @BTurismo  2 года назад

      @@andrewscott3175 hmm. I think you just push the one button to turn on the system, then push ‘Set’ to set your speed and go. If that’s not working, there must be something else going on.

    Will car come to complete stop even at high speeds like 50 if car ahead of us stops
    And will car self accelerate after the car ahead of us starts moving after state of rest.
    Or you manually need to push the accelerator/ brakes in such conditions??

    • @BTurismo
      @BTurismo  4 года назад +1

      It will bring the car to a complete stop if you were following the car. If you come up on stopped traffic, it might struggle...
      Returning to speed is as easy as hitting Resume. I think if you tap the gas, it will do the same and start following again.

      my 2019 civic will come to a complete stop and auto start as long as it hasn't been holding the brakes for more than 5 seconds. If it holds the brakes for more than 5 seconds then the cruise control disables but it will still hold the brakes for you until you push the gas.

      Will it work in stop and go traffic?

    • @kez850
      @kez850 3 года назад +1

      @@abigailraines yes as long as traffic resumes within a few seconds. Otherwise it will still hold the brakes for you but you have to click resume on the cruise control for it to start again.
