@@victoriawitthinrich From a practical stand point, if it is raining season and at night, would you have to fight the rain and bugs if you want to go from second floor bedroom to the kitchen? Am I thinking about this correctly?

Beautiful home, although you mentioned at the start of your video where this property is but you have not mentioned it in the attachment … just that I do not know the right spelling of the area to see where it is in Phuket…. N,S,E or W of the island ? Great content 👍
Location is in Ao Yon, very south west of the island, beautiful location

I got an idea......for all the people that watch this vlog let's get 12 people and we all buy this place and that way when we come to Phuket we each get 1 month of the house. If not this one maybe some other places...let me know....No joke I am completely serious.

Thats what 200k per person. Lets analyse that.
To rent an amazing villa (less then this but still stellar) for a month costs what 4k a month? Thats 50 years worth of renting for 200k and i would be able to changw villas every time as added bonus and i am 41 so i would have to live to 91 and to make this deal equal as just renting any villa for a month anywhere in asia on a beach.
I pass and choose flexibility based on this
@@DarkoFitCoach If you go on Airbnb and look up beachfront villas in Phuket with a minimum of 5 bedrooms they are going for about 50k a month some are even 200k a month

Beautiful view, but ugly home. Scrape and rebuild. Way overpriced at $2.5 million.
Beachfront land is nearly impossible to come by, that alone makes it worth the price tag
