With dealerships closing left right and centre I wouldnt know where my nearest Suzuki dealership is, it was Blade in swindon, but thats closed a few weeks ago, and they were 2 hours from us. But I will try 😄
@@DSR1YT no rush mate, yes its a shame all these dealerships are shutting down, we've had pidcocks round us go they managed BMW/Triumph and Ducati. All we have now are little traders and superbike factory at Donington.
Many thanks for 2-up, really missing those in the reviews. Have anyone managed to sort out the suspension settings of T9gt+ for pillion riding that won't be so harsh in potholes? I did a test ride myself last summer and also could not find a good setting even for single riding. Is there any improvement in that respect in the new 2025 gt+?
Good review of 2up. It may also be good to know the inside leg of the pillion as it'd give an insight into the comfort of the pegs/seat and viewing position past or over the rider. Thanks for sharing. See you on your next adventure 👊 🤙 🤘. Keep that rubber spinning 🛞
First of all, triumphs are no different to bmw status wise.we all sold our souls there.secondly,i own mountainbikes but very rarely ride them.and if i was,it would be incredibly wreckless riding in an off road only environment!no bloody lycra, maybe some armour.maybe. With regards to the video, the fact that very few people do 2 up videos is that it ruins your day taking a pillion!unless you're going for a tour, passengers are nothing more than an inconvenience that talk to you while you're trying to concentrate!😂hows that zoe?😂all joking aside, good informative video!👍
@DSR1YT of course not mate!🤔my point is that a motorcycle becomes a mode of transport once you add a pillion, and I already have a mode of transport I call a car.bikes are for fun and getting away from the daily hassles of life, they handle better, stop better and go better 1up.i bet 95% off people even go touring 1up with other bikers.but each to their own,if some people like 2up on a regular basis then that's good aswell!
2up riding with comms is something you don’t see a lot of and I commend you for doing it. You probably don’t remember from your last video when you were trialling the mic mini and I asked about using the oa5 with the 2 mics connected. Looks like you were using the big brother to this but nonetheless the audio was superb. Can I ask if you use davinci resolve studio with the voice isolation when you edit? The reason I ask is that other reviewers don’t seem to get the same audio results as you do and don’t recommend the same same setup
Hay, I use FCPX for editing my videos. No noise cancelling on the mics. And when editing I will add about 25% voice isolation. Can highly recommend my current set up. 🤙
@ thanks, looks like Final Cut do something similar. RichiVidda uses a similar editing setup but on davinci. I await you doing the same using mic mini 👍
Haha we will certainly be going there one day. But that’s got to be a car journey. So I can eat as much as I want. Get really full. And not have to sit upright on a bike. Seat reclined back in the car and let the belly pains own me all the way home 🤣
Yes, you both are right there are bugger all two up videos, keep them coming guys, enjoyed this - thanks
Thanks Nigel, this video has been really well received by you guys so it's definitely something we will do more of throughout 2025.
2up reviews are such a over looked subject when bikes are reviewed 😊
It’s also something we’ve noticed. Hopefully we can fill that gap a little 🤣🤙
Nice to see a 2up review. The reason I purchased a Kawasaki Versys 1000 SE GT was because of the pillion comfort. Happy wife, happy life 😂
Or just buy them a bike of their own 😁
Brilliant review and your audio sounded spot on you two talking to each other was that the dgi mic 2 wireless 👍👍
It's a great setup and im really happy with it all, for once I wouldnt change anything with my set up.
Great idea on the 2 up video's 👍 would you be thinking of doing say the vstrom at all 🤔

We will get out on the 25 9 GT + as soon as Bransons has one good to go and let you know our thoughts on it.

Thanks for the tip, we will add that to our talking points for future videos.
Decent top box with a sturdy mounting always makes the pillion feel more comfortable. Like they way you keep it real.👍
Can you try a 2up on the Vstrom 650, see how it really feels using a lower cc bike
Youre not the first to ask about a Vstrom, we will look into it mate

@ 😂😂😂😂😂😂
The most important question is how will the pillion experience be affected by the addition of 47 extra lights on the new gen ?😜. Great vid guys 👍
Don’t you mean how will the new light bar be affected by a motorcycle being attached to it? 🤣. We will test it out and let you know 😁🤙
@DSR1YT that's definitely more accurate lol
Can't wait for the 2025 tracer. It's supposed to be even more comfortable than last year's model
You really are hitting a niche. Any chance you could review the Tiger 900 as a two up machine?
definitely possible mate, a friend of mine has one 24 plate maybe we can go out on that.
