Cue the dramatic musical intro, as awe struck bystanders view from afar. It fits in the shed, but leaves no room for even a little compact car. An imposing beast even without the header; it's rotary teeth quietly waiting for the soon to be ripened grainy feast. Six passes get done what use to take seven; Mark's driving this combine sure feels like heaven. The bells and the whistles filled each box in, Hey Sandi we won't need to feed those slow a-- oxen. Looking forward to the walk around video.
I haven’t watched you for a year, nothing bad just was very busy. I’m glad one or all of my posts through the years may have motivated a change to Claas. I won’t get to detailed or long winded…but their harvesters and choppers are the best money can buy now. I’m on my second Claas chopper and have had no issues in reliability, when I do have to make repairs it’s easy to work on but I have run into parts availability issues and that was before Covid. I have the same harvester and going to tracks was a MASSIVE game changer for me. It’s a huge investment but it’s an investment for the future of your farm. Congrats on your purchase!
I absolutely love that they brought these colors over and ditched the yellow and black. And Brian said these things eat corn like no other. Good stuff!!!
Mark. Very Happy for you with the new combine Please keep us up to video date as you move into crop harvesting times. Againt Hsppy For You with the new combine. Please Take Care of your self Plus Be Very Care Full around all Farm Equipment.
Love the CLASS parts box behind you as you are building the suspense! LOL, It comes with every new combine they sell. We have the same box in our shop!
Congratulations on the newest addition to the family! You put in a lot of time and hard work in the fields and having something that you love to drive will make your day so much more enjoyable.
Congrats Mark, Great decision on the CLAAS, you want be disappointed. We changed over from JD to CLAAS Lexion 9800's a while back. Can't wait to see video's of it working the fields. Hope to see you back in Australia one day.. Stay safe mate
Congratulations! I love Claas and think Lexions are the best combines out there! I just hope you will consider this one to be the last combine you buy, because they last way, way longer than just 10-15 years, and really should be a ''lifetime'' investment and working partner!
Congrats Mark. I just had the notifacation of this video so had to have a quick peek on my phone to see what you went with - I did not see this coming. I will watch the full video later this evening on my big screen.
Hello Mark-greetings from six miles south of Belfast, Northern Ireland. Congratulations on the purchase .-looking forward to seeing it in action later in the year-
Mark your videos are never too long. I really enjoy what you share and that you keep us posted. Congrats on your new combine, looking forward to seeing videos of it hard at work. I know and understand it was a big decision, but I think you made the right choice. Thank you for so much for sharing this experience, take care and best always Rusty in OK
Really nice looking machine and they make those Mac Dons in Winnipeg where I am. Claas along with Fendt is huge in Europe and well proven so I am sure it will work very well for you. The fact that you have anecdotal evidence from other people who use it and you respect means a lot so I am sure it will be a very worthwhile addition to your farm.
Well I finally just watched this all the way through and I love the cheaky hints right at the start, the Claas top/jacket and then the model combine, plus the dramatic music during the reveal. Excellent production standards sir. In all seriousness, you will not regret your choice and I can say from first hand experience that she will be brillaint in winter wheat and oil seed. As we do not grow soya over here I am unable to comment on that but losses out the back and quality of the threshing will be tip top once you have her set up right. Claas is the top selling machine here by quite a long way and for good reason. I can tell your really excited which is brilliant to see.
Congratulations! It's great to see small family farms make big investments in their future whether it's in Canada or here in the US because it's good for all of us. Can't wait to see it in action this year.
Nice combine ! Those claas machines can really eat corn soybeans and wheat . I'm a gleaner and johndeere combine guy but claas would be on my list of best combines . Dad and I purchased 2 new gleaner s98s this winter we are hoping to get to use them later next week in wheat . Great purchase and explanation of why you chose class over the rest . Take care and keep up the good work!
Cant resist(forgive me) Jess: Dad your new combine looks great since you're buying new vehicles I need a new car. Mark: Jess it cost me so much money I had to sell you for a cup holder in the cab.
FANTASTIC Choice Could not be more proud of you ! :D Not even a john deere Combine is that accurate as a solid !! German monster Aus ! HarseWinkel :D Congratiolations with it guys !! :) regards from René in Denmark
Signs of intelligent choice. Price, size, features, usability and longevity 👍 Down here in the 48. It's just about bigger than the neighbors 🤣 That's what I never understood when farming. I always did my homework and chose what works best for my operation, despite what others said. Nice choice 👍
Maybe if my husband played some epic music and incorporated some drone footage when he started talking about tractors I wouldn't 😴😴😴😂 what can I say I love that man anyway 😁 . All joking aside, that is an amazing piece of equipment! Quite a career accomplishment! A lot of hard work, sacrifice, and patience went into this achievement. We don't see fancy rigs like that on the Minnesota/Canadian border, not really farming country but there are a few folks who make a go at it. Mostly to the west of us.
Congrats. New equipment are always exciting times. If you do another video showing it in harvest, I would be curious of what the main differences are between the Claas 700 vs 6000 vs 7000/8000 series? I'm not familiar with Claas but I assume you have done some research.
Wish you all best of luck with the nice German lady, hope she will do you good in years to come. Who know maybe one day a tractor with red rims will run along the side of her and take a load off.
Oh my goodness ... I was just waiting to see you step out and it transform into a robot 😂 ... on a serious note she is a gorgeous beast of a machine ... remember to stay safe and stay blessed
VERY informative. And I loved the link to the 12 combines. Could you even imagine having that much land to work? Interesting they let their land rest every other year. Probably why they sell the combines?
Hey thanks for the mention and linking my video of these machines in Colorado.
Congratulations Mark. Once you get the hang of that Claas you won’t be worried about loss.
@Ralph Kelly both are extremely excellent machines
A great machine you brought and it's born for corn. I have been around these machines from the 590 to the 780.
Thanks Brian, enjoy the new Gleaner!
@Ralph Kelly technically Brian didnt, his dad did😏

Hey Mark, congratulations on the new purchase, that's a great looking CLAAS combine. 😉
Omg! Mark and Sandi I think you guys are awesome! Keep up the great work !
The best combine on the planet...even the way it cools pushing the air out and away from the machine keeping it clean.
Great to see you, Mark! Congrats on the new combine!
Congratulations on the newest addition to the family! You put in a lot of time and hard work in the fields and having something that you love to drive will make your day so much more enjoyable.

Happy belated Birthday and congrats on the new combine
We switched from John Deere in 2014 to claas and we love them 👍
Congratulations! Nice looking machine.
Sweet! Glad you picked on that fits in your storage building too.
Just like the toy but a little BIGGER, harvesting may be fun to learn the new combine this year. Thanks for the great information and videos stay safe
Congratulations. Bryan from Bryan‘s farming videos very much so enjoys their Lexion on combine as well.
Yeah Brian's newest video explains that the only reason they bought the new Gleaner was cost of ownership is supposed to be so much lower.
@@paulmccallum4229 yup. As the Lexion aged for them it became less cost effective. As Brian said of their Lexions “corn eating machines”
So excited for you Mark

It's so grand it needs it's own postal code. Greetings from Minnesota USA
She is a beast. Hopefully you won’t have any hiccups this harvest season.
Don't worry. There will be bugs to work out. New or used.
0:10 It's nice of you to let Jess have the little one and you the big one to play with 😄
