What about a cummins nh250trx how different is this to them motors because I got one on a tub grinder that hasent ran in a few years and I'm having problems getting it running and can't find anyone near me that can help me solve this. Pump shutoff volts is at 12volts and it does have fuel coming out the intake and return fuel lines. Cummings motors are not my area international motors are so looking for help here thanks

I have a 98 Ford with a n14 that has a fuel issue or maybe an electrical issue and it keeps shutting down randomly (when running down the road)and cranks for a long time before starting up. I checked the solenoid and have correct voltage with key on and off. I heard there is a screen on the pump that gets clogged can you tell me how to locate it?
