Never argue, stand your ground, and never be "Reactive" by answering his questions, then be "Proactive" by telling and giving his own orders on his property of telling the Cop that he is "Trespassing and a man cannot be denied three-times, so repeat to this Cop that he is giving him a "Lawful Order," and once he as told him for the third time, call the police that he has given as the land owner a "Lawful Order," and now it becomes aggravated trespass.
In court, this Cop has broken the law, and the judge will side with the landowner because it is the truth.
What would the judge do if he/she were this man if this Cop was on his/her property?
    Criminal Charges:
    1: Harassment, Alarm and Distress.
    2: Trespass.
    3: Aggravated Trespass.
    4: Threats.
    5: Assault and Battery.
    6: ABH.
    7: GBH.
And a judge would come up with a hell of a lot more charges, plus a suit for compensation for damages.
Seen how it is best not to argue when he could have held this Cop by telling him, "I Will Comply Under Protest and Duress," and "Seek Redress" on release and hold him accountable.
I normally give them a "Remedy to Cure The Situation" of immediately going straight to court, and have never been taken up on my "Offer to Contract." It makes them nervous when they are supposed to "Keep the Peace, and not Break it?"

Speaking from experience some 70+yo veterans still can, especially if they farm or live off the land. This guy appears to keep himself in decent shape, I’d say he’s got maybe 60% of the power behind his hits that he did when he was younger which is still an awful lot and being that he was trained to K/ll people for the war means he knows exactly where to hit. He likely hurt that cop (rightfully so) pretty good tho the cop is young enough to pretty much shrug it off. Think cracked cheekbone/orbital socket, severe hematoma (goose egg contusion), broken nose
Guy definitely could’ve caused more damage than a 30yo female ever could hope to
