I've been using O'Douds Matte Paste and Templeton Tonics Oasis Clay as my go to everyday products for years so it's great to see that one of them gets the holy grail. I love both companies and the people behind them and encourage everyone to try their products.
I’m a HUGE Templeton Tonics fan. I get amazing results in my hair. I need great volume and hold and I get that with Grizzly, Odin and Oasis. I use Summit as a Pre only. Chris is killing it!! Happy to see him get this recognition.
I think it's interesting how you've been feeling the scents recently. My hair products are my primary fragrance most days so I really like the evocative scents of Forest and woods that both Trailhead and the Grizzly give. Mythos and Nomad as well!
I've had 4 jars of Odouds Matte Paste now because still nothing else I've tried has the same combination of firm hold, 100% matte shine, natural looking texture, and the ability to finger comb throughout the whole day. However I am now intrigued to try this Grizzly paste!

It would be REALLY awesome to see a video of you showing your favorite 3 products for a variety of hairstyles (i.e. loose/movement, shiny/medium hold, matte/strong hold, etc.)

Bought O’douds and it really dries my hair out and can’t hold my short hair up for more than 15 minutes. Don’t know how this gets all the praise that it does. If anyone knows a natural product with legit hold, send it my way🙏

I would love to see you debate reuzel’s extreme hold matte finish one of these times, it’s a product my barber stands by pretty strongly and I’ve enjoyed using it, but I’ve always liked getting other inputs against other products in all ways.

Love the odouds matte paste. However I do find that my curly/ wavyhair can’t handle it in the middle of Canadian winter. It turns really frizzy and I need to use something that’s a bit more moisturizing.

IMHO this is the best I've seen your hair look, at least it's the way I'd most like my hair to look (and my hair texture, hair-line, and color are very much like yours). Your hair looks much fuller and thicker than in earlier vids (like for example the "5 best products for fine hair" vid). I think some of that might come from the shorter hair style you're wearing now, but, if you don't mind my asking, I'd love to know what pre-styling treatment you used before shooting this vid (any thickening tonics, etc.). Anyway, it looks great!
What product should i use for straight hair 5 or 6inches hair styled in a middle part? would temple tonics summit be good? want to keep some texture in volume in the middle part
Not sure if you’ve ever heard of it but I used garnier mango head putty for years the only thing ever that worked with my hair! Now it’s discontinued , if u know if it is their another that compares ? It was sort of like a gel putty hard to explain I wish u knew what it was to help me lol! Btw this hairstyle u have right now is sick what do u ask for on the top I always go to short or leave it to long lmao

@@Tonaldo90 well, Templeton tonics seems to have strong hold and very matte finish, kinda like a clay. I’ve used the b&b hairclay when they cut my hair, but never the Templeton Tonics grizzly.

Moroccan Oil Texture Clay. Have really thick hair and it hold my hair all day, also very light in the hair.
