@dagg310 the hunter classic still gets frequent updates 15 yrs later, but this shows just how much EW cares for their games
They aren't supporting the game buddy yall are supporting them buy buying this crap when they refuse to improve the game at all.
Games like warframe have been free to play and getting updates for 10 years, every single update free, never needed to spend $10 for a new map. Don't be fooled, you are supporting them, they aren't supporting the game, you are by buying anything they sell.

@dagg310 I chased a lion down for 3 irl days and never found him. I was relatively new and hit him from a bad angle, but I wanted to hit him a second time and hopefully get a better shot. Followed his trails, I never switched lions, his trails would lead somewhere, then they would turn around, and it was basically zig-zags until I just gave up

Another FANTASTIC reservation for me to walk around using my controller. I do miss my legs but simulations like The Hinter CotW help me to forget I cannot walk sometimes.

Been waiting literal years for this, I still remember writing an essay on the steam community about a map like this
Same, minus the essay part. I’ve felt this is an essential map for so long and I’m so glad we’re getting it. Only other Asian animals I really wish we had gotten (but aren’t in Nepal to my knowledge) are Marco Polo Sheep and Markhor. Really hope we get another Asia map sometime for those two and more!

@@dagg310 Ya my bear grind was really rough to set up. Been working on it on and off for about 9 months. I'll start all over, fine. But just let me get ONE GO bear first lol! Also, I'm actually one of the (few?) people excited about the Himalayan Tahr GO and want to go for that once it drops.

This Might end up being one of my favorite Reserves in COTW History Along Side “Yukon Valley and Silver Ridge Peaks”
As of rn my top 5 are:

3. New England Mountains
4. Yukon Valley
5. Parque Fernando
(Not including Sunderpaten because it hasn't come out yet.)

I've had 5 wonderful years with COTW and it just keeps getting better.
After Nepal hunting reserve, I'm hoping for Africa 2.0 as Zimbabwe with different African animals that have not been hunted in the game: African leopard, spotted hyena, Nile crocodile, hippopotamus, greater kudu, impala, zebra, Guinea fowl, Egyptian goose, honey badger, sable antelope, eland and Chacma baboon.

As a Nepalese myself, i can see that the attention to detail is just top notch. Details like, Nepalese style villages, temples and also the bridge (Jhulungey pul) is beautifully and accurately portrayed. Also they divided the reserve according to our geography of Nepal which is a neat little detail. Man I cant wait to get this DLC. Amazing work!
p.s. There is a hunting reserve here named Dhorpatan, the name Sundarpatan references that very hunting reserve. *chefs kiss*

Kudos to EW for the upcoming reserve, they succeeded it perfectly with all these 13 species in this map and for me the Bengal tiger is my favorite, it looks real, the color, the way it walks and all the details like the face and the sound of his roar wow! I think I'm going to be afraid to walk around the reserve just thinking about the fear of getting killed by this lone predator. I like the idea that the Bengal tiger is not numerous like the snow leopard in this reserve, because it is nice to have good challenges that when we succeed in having killed one it gives us a good reward of to have it.
Everyone can complain all they want, but this was worth the wait. Haven’t played COTW in a while but this has made me want to. I’ll have to make sure to get this one when it’s released
