I believe the problem is that no analysts takes the time to watch international games before evaluating international prospects. If you stick to highlight reels, you easily get a onesided and incomplete picture. This for sure happened with Doncic, as it did with Nowitzki back in the day.

I was in the Quicken Loans Arena when the Cavs won the championship. Ended the 70 year Cleveland drought. Unbelievable moment. The city rioted. I jumped on cop cars. I drank a beer with a cop. The whole city was on fire. Outside of that game, easily the most special game I have watched live was that Mavs-Suns game 7. It was like Luka's coming out moment as potentially one of the best all-time. Freaking crazy.

Booker has never been a winner. Great scorer ala Kyrie, but also like Kyrie, he isn't the alpha/leader of the team. Needed CP3 to actually reach the post season. I believe the problem is that no analysts takes the time to watch international games before evaluating international prospects. If you stick to highlight reels, you easily get a onesided and incomplete picture. This for sure happened with Doncic, as it did with Nowitzki back in the day.
