Great advice Ma'am.As a lawyer I always advice buyers of properties to consult a lawyer or a good real estate consult before buying properties. Some of them listen while most of them do not

Should e be given these documents when subscribing to a real estate property?
Thanks for your question, yes you should be given your receipt, contract of sale, and upon full payment , your deed of assignment
Most estate management companies only gives DEED OF ASSIGNMENTS and SURVEY PLAN, is it not the duty /right companies to make those documents available to the buyers if not how and what are the process of getting them. Bought lands from estate management company and was only give DEED OF ASSIGNMENTS and SURVEY PLAN. What next.
