When it comes to PWAN and all their subsidiaries, they are not scammers ,they are genuine because at least, they haven't run away after being in bizness over 6 years. However, they have issues with development of their estates in terms of infrastructure, and also with plot allocation. However, PWAN MAX may be doing things better. My counsel will be to do your due diligence properly before buying any property from them
