How can I start my real estate journey boss...I'm a student pls... advice me
Well done Steven great interview.👍
Repent from your SINS and receive life from Jesus Christ and be saved in Jesus mighty name amen.
I am a Ghanaian. I love this . big up my Nigerian people. Very inspiring moves. Ghana loves Nigeria
One love.
Ghana and Naija,are always 5&6.
God bless our hustle. We will all get there. One love
Since when did Ghana start to love Nigeria? 😏
@@georgeanderson7708 bro. I am sorry I don't know what you mean
Kudos to Bridget on her success!
Western RUclipsrs visiting Nigeria would rather go to the slums of Makoko rather than acknowledging success stories like this and many others !
Good job, Steven 👍
Why are African RUclipsrs who visit the west not exposing their rot?? They should go to the slum of NYC ,Chicago,Dallas and California to make videos too.
@@abokoeguale9783 I think it’s down to inferiority complex and laziness.
Exactly what I will do when I visit the states
Because they want to reinforce that storyline that Africa is poor and needs help.
@@StevenNdukwu lolll
She is real. Thank you for this .....from NYC .
This came handy, I just started my real estate journey, I will share my mega testimony soonest 🙏
Pls interview Ramos too...
That's another boss in the game
I can testify to her true story. We were in the same area ,church and very good family friends. My family and I were the first to visit her in the hospital when she had her first child. We visited the family Bday parties and all.
A true reality of passion, dedication and support system from a brilliant, focused and determined husband. Whenever I see the Instagram page , I bless God for this family and more importantly, I see that every and anything is possible 🙏
Great to hear that
As of now we stay at the same estate same street 😅 it feels like I'm living with a celebrity
these women do a lot more than that to jump up the scale in Nigeria. millions of naira not millions of dollars
Very impressive ,am so impressed with this sister, hope our ladies in my country Sierra Leone will emulate her as a Sierra leonean I hope and pray to see more of my sisters ,aunties and mums telling such success stories.
Do we have any developer here in Sierra Leone? We do not have much these kind of business here. We way hard up na we boku
Repent and receive life from Jesus Christ and be saved in Jesus mighty name amen.
She’s very down to earth and honest👏👏👏Consistency is key
Aha here comes my Nigerian people again. Love from Ghana 🇬🇭. Music, movies, real estate, number one except jollof rice . 😜😜😜
Chale, Jollof cannot cook money for us. Cash na may thing!
Love you you too from Nigeria...
🤣🤣
This jollof rice wahala 😂
Lol, trouble maker.
It's great to see African professionals doing great things. Her real estate contents on social media are amazing and consistent. Kudos to the team and cheers 🥂🍾
Thanks David
@@StevenNdukwu you are welcome brother. Cheers 🥂🍾
Yup !
Nigeria My country, we develope it and we own it all. Not owned by foreigners.✊🏿
But still no much difference from other African countries
@@AnnieSpecial92861 😂😂😂😂, I know what you did there
@@AnnieSpecial92861 Your lack of success in life is not Nigeria's fault but your fault.
@@jyde50 Nigeria is really like other African countries. Huge wealth gab, slums, corruption, etc. You just have more population. You have potential but it's yet to fully manifest... like most African countries
@@aberba how much have you contributed to the development of nigeria instead of complaining?
Very inspirational!! I love her story and she comes from such a humble beginnings ❤️❤️✨
She didn't answer the question but then it doesn't matter if she has an Alma mater. Success is success and she inspires.
Much love from Uganda iam starting my journey too very Soon am stepping my foot into the game ❤❤❤ girl child boss is so cool. I love this
Stev, you did a good job doing this interview, but one thing you missed out was not asking her how many people are under her employment. This is very important because it is good to know the impact of her business in the community, the state of Lagos and her contribution to the economy generally. Kudos to Bridget. Girls like her make Nigeria proud and I am proud of her. I am surprised at some comments about her skin bleaching, but never said anything about her doggedness and the passion she has for what she does.
I always asked her on the next video where I toured her house. You can check that out
Be consistent, patient and keep going in what ever you do. Great interview! 😊😊😊
Thanks
I learnt something from this interview.. Thank you Steve
Thanks for watching
Being a sales person is key to making money in the world now.
Lovely eloquent lady. This has to be my most encouraging mind opening video on Nigerian real estate on youtube
Steven I want to thank you so much for opening this channel of yours. Since I bumped into your channel I have been really inspired and I subscribed. Well done and may God continue to lead you to continue inspiring people out there and changing the African narrative like you said. I'm from Zimbabwe and Nigerians are my number one inspirations right now.
Wow, I am so happy to hear this, hopefully I will visit Zimbabwe next year… thanks for always watching my videos
May God continue to bless you.
Thank you so much for this one, Steven!! Boss Women rule the world🏘 I can't wait for a free moment to watch in its entirety.
You can save it for later 👍
80k🥳 You have grown. I met you at 15k this year with Maya in Nigeria. YOUR CHANNEL has evolved into a MUST WATCH. Afrika Traveler highly recommended you at Lightbulbs livestream this afternoon.
Brilliantly produced content.
Amazing story.

Thanks for watching
Na who no go buy house from this fine girl hand?
I enjoyed the interview, learnt a lot, Great content and kudos to Bridget as well👍👍👍
Give this man a raise
Success follow Nigerians all over the world
Lovely! ❤I like her. She and the other young lady have opened the door and inspired countless young women to join the Realty Business in Naija. Very profitable I must say.
Steven please, give them room to share every step of their stories, how they made it. She was only able to say she started by looking for an apartment to rent and next thing, she's a realtor. I believe the detail in the story is the most important part. Thank you. Good job by the way, going out of your way to bring the best and unique properties.
na wah, they must spoon feed you everything, you cant connect the dots or what??
the annoying part is she even gave more insight in the interview, how she was introduced to other realtors and was introduced to land sale and went back to buildings etc but i guess you weren't paying attention , abi she should document every house she rented out first😜😜
Great interview! Good to se a Bad B doing the damn thing!! Steven great interview but you need to stop talking over your guests 👌🏾
if god says it's your time, nothing can stop you
what suprised me was my grandfather actually subscribed to your channel before i was born..... Thank you Steve
This was video was perfect Steve 👍..she is one of the best in Lagos
Thanks bro
This is so inspiring and no she doesn’t look 38 at all. More like 28
Continue the good work bro, you can't measure the impact of what you're doing out of passion, God bless you.
B. Adéyẹmí bravo! Ìbẹ̀rẹ̀ afẹ́ ayẹ́, lórí ilé lóti bẹ̀rẹ̀ wá oò, mó fẹ́ rà kan, Adéyẹmí tà kan fún mi...
The moral of her journey is, never under estimate anyone. More importantly, never ever, under estimate your self, you are eligible to excel to at anything, at any level! ELIGIBLE is the keyword.
Key question though: Adéyẹmí , are you happy? i.e. please, consistenly give your happiness, pride of place; needless to say, it is the most important project of all.
Steven Ndukwu thank for motivating us with her breath taking story.
Thank you so much for watching.. you can check the tour video of her house
Can't wait to start watching
Nice story of the very successful real estate seller Bridget Adeyemi. Bridget is a smart, beautiful, and elegant real estate agent. I like Bridget's big ring and jewelry.
Hey Steven, this is an inspiring video. Adeyemi is a ray of hope that dreams can still be achieved in Nigeria. And to be honest, her IG handle is absolutely full of beautiful properties listed for sale at reasonably affordable prices. . Thank you SI for bring it on.
This is so inspiring because I’m a newbie in the real estate business as well, thank you for this.

I thoroughly enjoyed this video. As always, thanks for bringing us this very interesting interview.
Interesting story
Always trust the process, never give up
Steven, kudos again! 👏
Thanks for joining the Africans/Nigerians telling our own stories (rags to riches, turning challenges to opportunities, resilience, etc.), and disabusing the SINGLE NARRATIVE (whether told by foreigners or Africans themselves) of poverty, disease, hardship, ignorance, etc. The African experience (just like any other human experience) is NOT a homogeneous one.
It's time we rise and get rich
She didn’t even say the challenges she encountered, just praising all thru making it look easy.
African professionals doing great JOB 👍👀👍💪
Wawoo,am highly motivated to do more in my real estate business. Thanks for this video
Hello brother from Ukraine ;your channel very positive youtube motivation

Patience is key.....
No its not. You must be overly aggressive. You don't become a millionaire in your 30s by waiting. Get to work.

Congratulations for using family, private life and business opportunities well. Miss using opportunities on petty issues is the source bitterness and engagement in destructive conducts.

Smart lady. I learnt a lot from her
Am inspired with this video
0:29 she was more beautiful than now and the colour then should've been maintained than the current
Impressive content
She seems to be a good lady
You have great content but please STOP cutting your interviewees off. You cut people off a lot. I get upset everytime you do that. Great work still!
Sorry about that, but it’s for your best interest, cause you would not watch a 1 hour long video
@@StevenNdukwu That is not the kind of cut off he is talking about, he means you just start taking when the person you are interviewing is still talking and making a point.
@DemiKhay Naija Absolutely!
You get upset? Take am easy o
Very beautiful story. So inspired!!!
she looks like uche nwaefuna
Well done Steven. When it comes to real estate, men would rather buy from ladies like this than buy from technical know-how guys who know their stuff to the teeth. Hard work fetches you alot but fine girl privileges does apply. Age is just a number and shouldn't be a determinant to success. So, stop putting age when you address Africans.
Well said, she said "fine girl, yellow girl like me". The beauty aided her climb too because every potential buyer will always think of getting beneath the sheets.
why do you see the need to water down her success?? does that deflection make you feel better about your self or console you that she is only there because of her looks.
@@segunplay the comments from you guys is just sad. just imagine "every potential buyer will want to get into her sheets" it just goes to show how you think, cos if that is not something you do i wonder why you would assume EVERY buyer would do that... pls decent people exist even if you are not one of them
Jealousy comments, eweee
@@tierraokonkwo6671 These are facts dear.
This lady may be rich but she still has colonial mentality and low self esteem by equating being fair to beauty and affluence. The term she used 'yellow girl' shows that
Stop being being bitter
Yeah I noticed that too. And the skin bleaching is just too much.
@@shapearla Bitter?? Study history 😅
Lol low life’s leave her alone use your option to feed yourself

Thank you
She inspire me alot
Greetings to you all.Way to the new year.

Bleaching is real in nigeria
I love this!! Thanks for the inspiration
Ohh ok... She owns LekkiAjahIkoyi. I watch them on FB. But they don't give good house tours eventhough the draw a lot of viewership even from outside Nigeria. Happy for her success. She actually built from nothing....no capital. Inspiring.
💪
i get a great inspiration and advices💪💪 from her , thank you
Your video always gives me joy and sadness. Joy, because I'm an electrician and a Home decorator in UK. Sadness, because of disparity between the rich and the poor in Nigeria, poor infrastructure to support all these real estate and lastly the fact that MOST of these real estate are finance with stolen money.
Some of the most revered properties and institutions in U.K. and the US came out of tainted money. It’s not fair placing government’s burdens on the lady who is simply doing her bit.
Good job Steve 💯
Amazing video, thanks for sharing.
I love Bridget, she’s inspires me soooo much if only she knows how much i love her and look up to her!! Kudos ma’am❤️❤️❤️
