Thanks for this informative video. Hello Jeff just I need one help - 1. For this model which motor is suitable? 2. Which prob is suitable? 3. Max take off weight?
I hope you answer quickly. I'm finally doing this mod. I have a choice of tmotor f60 2020kv(I believe is the same size of the stock motor) or the stock 2306 1800kv. I'm staying 4s. Which motor would you choose? I'm a noob to wings. Been flying quads for years. I have 24hr to decide while the glue sets lol. Also changed to 6s esc incase I wanna go 6s eventually.
@@JeffDoesThis mine died today badly on the first flight. I fly pretty fast. My mate had one and it started wearing however he is flying much slower. I will try wood like u said.

Howdy Sir, do you no longer carry the motor mount kit for the Dolphin?
I dont I am sorry.
Ebay store indicates sale closed?
Yes, sorry.
Jeff are you still selling these mounts and esc cover?
No, I stopped selling them.
Hi Jeff, can and wil you 3d print the motor mount and esc cover for me and sent it to the netherlands? Regards Roy
Has it failed yet? Mine melted today using pla+
No, still going strong.
You can use the stock wood motor mount as a "heat shield" in between the motor and the adaptor. You probably need a little bit longer M3 bolts.
