Very nicely executed vlog! Definitely a motivator for everyone to try out the CG method!!.... 🙌 I've been researching this for a long time & picked up a few things along the way..... I feel rather than just scrunching the hair, it would have been better to style (finger coil) small sections of the hair into curl clumps, so that it air dries into better well defined & frizz free curls. First-timers especially, can find better results this way.
Yes it's definitely worth the effort when starting. I used to do finger coiling when doing DC in my initial days too 👍🏽

Regular scalp massage helps with hair growth. But I think a lot is in the genetics of how fast ur hair grows. Make sure to follow a balanced diet too. ❤️
Hai, loved your video, and im in love with your Cg techniques. However, I have a concern, I have graying and I use henna every 2 weeks otherwise my roots become gray again. I dont prefer to use any chemical coloring or dyes on my roots. So my question is will henna break my curls, or what are the other options for gray hair? Thank you and all the best

Yea u can use. But follow it with conditioner. Also use a regular cg shampoo atleast twice a week if u are washing everyday

Could you name a few good clarifying sulfate shampoos?
If u want a budget shampoo you can use pantene lively clean. But there are also some more moisturising clarifying shampoos like bounce. Even sauve is good

And btw I use grapeseed oil is really light and good , m still checking out different methods for my hair , I have 2A wavy hair so it's kinda tricky , I cannot use alot of products though its frizzy , so grapeseed oil is really good , and u keep rocking 💛!!!

If it's very bad, please see a doctor and get a prescribed shampoo. U can use this once or twice a month to handle it

Yes u can. But it will not curl ur straightened hair. You will need to cut it off.

If you have been using a regular conditioner, it's a good idea to use a sulphate shampoo for your first wash.

Maybe ur hair is of low porosity. It gets better with time. U can try using a diffuser.

No, u can use coconut oil for prepoo but it's too heavy for sotc. U can just use ur dry hands or any satin/silk cloth for sotc

No dear, I can assure u that. If ur still scared just replace it existing shampoo and conditioner with CG products. See the difference by following the techniques

No these are very clean products. If u compare with the ingredients on your products today which contain very harsh and drying ingredients. Also the kind of chemicals used to straighten hair. Those are very harmful and will cause premature greying. CG is a new way to condition and care for curly hair. It will not cause hairfall or greying.

For clarifying use any sulphate shampoo. Pantene lively clean is a good option.
