We’ve just claimed our tickets on the app and had nothing about creating a group? No options or anything 😅 I don’t want to be scanning 5 tickets off my phone with two children
That’s odd, usually when looking at all booked tickets there’s an option to create a group, you possibly might need to click on one ticket for the option to show up. If not, I’d recommend giving it a shot on the website. Hope this helps!
Indeed you can, when you look at the e-tickets you’ve booked you can group the tickets together (you can do this by adding a group on your phone) so they all get scanned with one code. Hope this helps, thanks for watching!
@@CoasterBuddy yep I just did that I created a group so I can scan the QR code for all people also can u take a screenshot and put it in your lock screen thanks x
We're wanting to go at the end of August and book the Speedy Pass. There will be 4 of us, myself & partner and daughter and her friend. My daughter and friend will be going around on their own so we'll be in 2 groups. Is there a way to do this with the speedy pass so we can queue for different rides at the same time eg. We queue for icon and they're queuing for Big One at the same time?
I believe that if you separate your e tickets into two groups (so that two people are under one QR code) that should allow you to do that. If not, I’d recommend going to guest services and seeing if they can offer a solution (I think they’d be willing to give you either a separate ticket or the fast pass device). Hope that helps 👍
@@CoasterBuddy thank you so much for the speedy response! That's very helpful, I was thinking of ordering 2 tickets separately but wasn't sure what to do. I may contact them and double check the best option! Cheers
@@Rodgeriego Your welcome! Ordering two sets of tickets is probably the easiest way if that’s possible but I wasn’t sure if you’d already booked. Hope everything goes well.
@@captmac2417 it should allow you to book speedy pass on the app by viewing your tickets, but if not the website should work too. As for whether it’s worth it, I’d say, given it will be the first day of the season, yes. If you’re looking to get a few rides on the big one and icon it is worth it as during peak days the queues can be upwards of an hour. Although, because the VIP can be pricy, if you don’t want to stand in the queues but want to get on the rides, the standard speedy pass is great because you can go on low queue rides while your speedy pass timer goes down. Oh, and speedy pass should be available a few days or a week before opening I believe so they can determine the number of guests and speedy passes they can give out. Hope this helps! 👍
@@captmac2417 of course, if the queues don’t bother you, a normal ticket is just fine, I rarely use speedy pass purely because I avoid long queues, but sometimes it is hard.
I purchased speedy passes £25 ones but the icon isn't there along with the other icons . E tickets been activated aswell. Does the icon only appear on the day of visit or should it be there allready
For me, I only checked on the day of visit, but if there isn’t an icon (if they have removed it since the start of the season), I would recommend looking at the menu tab or booking information to find your speedy pass there. If not, you can ask customer services at arrival or I can answer any more questions.
It is definitely worth it, but all the rides, apart from Wallace and Gromit (which uses the entrance next to the normal one marked by a sign), use the exit for the speedy pass entrance and if you get confused, you can always walk through the normal queue-line or ask a staff member nearby. Hope you enjoy your visit!
I have no option on my confirmation email about printing off tickets at home like it says on their website! Only option is to claim e ticket but I don't want to upload pictures of everyone!
From what I know, the park doesn't let guests in without pictures so from my own experience the only way to print the ticket is to claim, upload the pictures and then print. Sorry.
The last time I used speedy pass was years ago and it was a big heavy clunky gadget you had to carry around with you. The abuse I got from the people who had queued for ages when I just walked up the exit ramp and climbed into their seats made it very not worth it, unless you have very thick skin.
I sometimes get annoyed at speedy pass people, but never verbalise, it’s a shame people often experience this and hope if you use it again, your experience is better!
@@CoasterBuddy I think I'd be tougher about it these days, especially if I was paying £50 for it, I'd just tell them to go spend the extra money if they want to get on faster. But it's worth people knowing that this happens when they are thinking about buying one.
You’ve answered my question about people not having phones and how things will work.good informative video.thank you
Thank you so much for the feedback! 😊👍

Can you just screen shot them instead off going on to the Webpage every time?
For the e-ticket yes, you can show it as a photo or as a lock screen and it will work.

Can you speed pas two rides at once? Like big one rundown 40 mins, and then say icon 20mins?
Unfortunately not, that was the one point I forgot to mention that really makes the pass unattractive, but still mainly worth it.
