@@WyniciusRothstein Shii well i have asthma so cigs aint in my vocabulary, but coffee fucked everything for me. Smoking nicotine with caffeine sounds like an anxiety cocktail.
Coffee should not be sold as a casual drink unless the consumer is overweight, chubby, fat, type 2 diabetic. I only use coffee for when I absolutely am in crisis with homework and math review in college. Or really in crisis with anything. Whenever I go back to my house on the weekends, I’m back to the treadmill and plain nutrition. Dorm life and bad meal plan forces me into coffee (one small black). Cant wait to get the fuck out of here, back to business at my house.

@@thelittledetailscr7231 that’s an lol way to put it lol ,, coffee is for fat people who have no better way to get energy.
That’s another reason why these people are so greedy, angry, and low-hygiene and unpleasant to be near - at any distance, any degree. Distance can be thousands of miles, not because we smell them from here, but because they have a negative impact on the economy too. So yes everybody loses because Fatty McFatso wont quit buying frozen pizzas and Chickfila and snickers. Every Diet Coke they glug, the more caffeine they need to stay afloat. The sweaty bastards contribute to a caffeinated America, a hospital prescribed America, and is friends to the Marijuana’d America. And have gotten worse so in recent hours. Because they’re always caffeinated, on top of whatever other orange capsule case they got goin on.
They refuse to eat high-filling low calorie foods and run the treadmill in the morning. Hence coffee is major part for that vicious cycle, very helpful for it , instead of being energized the right way. These people are often watching television late at night, drinking coffee at literally ANY time of day, night or day, with a like tolerance to alcohol. Other freegin wise, normal healthy people should avoid the drink because it also stimulates appetite.
      Only feed the fatso coffee
Also, starbucks is for the drugged and the mentally ill and erratic

I failed at smoking myself. All it did to me was irritate my lungs and nose and make my joints swell and ache. It also counteracts caffeine for me. I just felt better when I stopped. I know it does things for friends of mine that it doesn't do for me. It seems to help some people with anxiety, It's a drug, and no drug benefits everyone. The best reason to quit is it's not your drug. It's not mine, but I don't begrudge you your vice. I've got mine.

A great video about the double standards we as people seem to have. It is easy to spot someone else's prejudices, I find it so hard to see my own, but I feel that it important to recognize your own double standards and try to eliminate them. Also I think the world could use a lot more tolerance so thanks for your message.

Right on, Connie! Great video, very thoughtful. I'm like you, I believe we choose our vices (you call them battles), and there are many other vices that can harm us. Coffee can be bad for you, as is anything with caffeine, for example--and I love it and probably drink too much of it. The thing is to not let your enjoyable vice become a nasty habit. Like you, I try to keep it to one cigarette a day (although I will cheat on that sometimes) and sometimes go a few days in between. Being mindful of when you smoke and how much is the best way to keep enjoying it.

Sometimes I smoke organic tobacco, but the process of rolling, preparing, etc. is not so therapeutic for me.

When you see what it actually does it makes you quit more and more. Try to distract yourself with other things as well. I suggest still having an occasional ciggarete maybe like once every 3 days and when you feel ready you can push it down to one per week then maybe 2 per moth or so and then stop completly. In a span of a few days and/or weeks your blood will be much better and your lungs will feel better. Your blood circulation will improve as well. Good luck on your jurney and I hope this helped ❤

Although I couldn't find exact numbers 1 in 2 smokers die prematurely on average and 1 in 5 people in the US die prematurely from smoking so its a high risk regardless while in seems like your chance of dying from skins cancer is about 1 in 16 for general population of Caucasians who regularly work outdoors. But quitting smoking before age 40 has a 90% decline in risks of premature death so there you go thats your benchmark.

I’m not a psychologist, but I am an idealist. If a woman was to have kids at 35, it’d be kind of risky for everyone at that age has settled down while others don’t have their life together. Procuring to have kids around whenever you’d like but not too young to 27 is the pertaining spot. But I’m not sure how pregnancy works at that age or older. Just wanted to say something :)
