An hour with Kirby and the Sahakians is truly an hour well spent.
the thing is that it’s not about spending
Well said
The Sahakians are welcome in Dallas please let us know Kirby Montacristo on Lemmon...
If you thrive on boredom that it is! Such pretentiousness!
@@MrDavey2010 In the bible it says not to judge or u will be judged as harshly. When u are face to face with god u will face ur judgment.
Eddie is such a great personality. I could listen him for hours.
Likewise!!
@@kirbyallison question, Kirby. Love your channel and all that you do. However, given how frequently you’re smoking cigars, are you ever concerned about the associated high risk of mouth and throat cancer? Or do the health risks of frequent cigar smoking not phase you?
@@dawens3199 Just Google it.
Breast, Lung and Prostate are the 3 most common cancer of which lung cancer has the highest mortality rate.
Mouth and throat is the least common cancer with low mortality rate and most of them are cigarette smokers because they smoke the whole day.
@@kirbyallison truly a gentleman 👍
@@dawens3199 smoking cigar gives enjoyment nothing else
The father and son are both excellent hosts and perfect friends.
It makes me regret not following in the family footsteps.
@@edwardmason119 my mum works at Sainsbury's. It's okay to not always follow your parents.
@@Jamie.Richards the goated shop though bro
I remember them from the old days
Just watch Eddie and how good of a listener he is, and how engaged he is. He also upholds the greatest respect for his dad while being hospitable to Kirby. Eddie is a true gentleman.
Imagine spending time these two gentlemen, with no worries....thats a true blessing...
No kidding! Well said!!
@@kirbyallison Let me add, "these three gentlemen". Always inspiring, at least virtually, to spend time with you and your company. Who you surround yourself with, is who you become.
Who needs a meditation app when he can follow the calming conversation of the gentlemen. Could I watch for hours. Thanks Kirby for another super video
The ritualistic nature of properly lighting and enjoying a cigar is actually very much like a zen practice when it comes to being present in the moment and taking your time. Not worrying about past or the future.
As an Armenian, I truly enjoy the father and son chemistry and relationship. Fantastic people.
It cracks me up when senior is telling a story and junior is blowing " O"s. 🤣🤣
Ong bro 🤣🤣🤣

Imagine being so wealthy you can simply enjoy stories without worries of bills, chills, or Single Mothers ruining the vibe.. truly a moment in time closely resembling paradise.
😂😂😂 @ single mothers
Single mothers took me out 🤣
I catch myself rewatching this episode while enjoying a late night cigar. It’s a wonderful way to end a week of work
Yes! So with you on that!
Edward and Eddie should start their own RUclips channel/podcast or something.. I could listen to these gents talk for hours. I can't count the amount of times I've watched your Sahakian playlist Kirby. Excellent work.
Im Cuban and I enjoy hearing Kirby and the Sahakians tell stories from Cuba. Thank you gentlemen’s.
Edward's first story wasn't even listened to by Eddie as he is 100% focused on lighting Kirby's cigar perfectly. Just amazing to watch
This father son duo really puts time into perspective for me. I hope i get to one day enjoy having a son of my own and being his mentor through all his stages in life
This is what the anti-tobacco crazies need to watch. Nobodies chain smoking anything, but truly enjoying the quality and craftsmanship while with true friends that isn’t generated anywhere else.
Amen to that!
Good point! Then again who cares what they think!
i wonder how they feel about travellin' humidors tho
Crazies? What an idiotic thing to say. Someone disagrees with you you label them crazy. Next, you'll say words are violence.
I think having a 100 pound cigar is different the average man smoking a pack of malboros lol
These are my absolute favorite videos. Three total gentlemen sharing cigars and stories. Brings back so many conversations that I have had. One thing I'm curious about Kirby, what watch is Eddie wearing? Looks like a two-tone AP Royal Oak, vintage. Beautiful watch, I know he is a collector, would love to see his collection some time.
Notice the cuts in the whiskey glasses, for a cigar. Marvelous.
😎absolutely great suggestion
I was wondering the same re the watch and I think you’re right. 37mm I’d assume
It’s a quartz AP Royal Oak from his father he talks about it in other videos
@@wannabechamp In a much later video he does. I saw that but it wasn't out at this time.
Always nice to see true gentleman and humans with class. Hard to find now days.
Fabulous as always Kirby, these videos with the Sahakians will remain a historical reference point for cigar lovers everywhere! thank you.
Edward and Eddie Sahakian are national treasures in every way.
When Edward "tells off" Eddie for smoking too fast its so wholesome and nice! What a lovely and great relationship they have! Wonderful!
I've been hooked on these videos for a couple of weeks. The dignity and elegance of the conversation, environment and participants is wonderful. I have always found our elder males to be the most interesting story-tellers. Thank you for this. Well done.
Beyond Honor to have a Cigar with the Sahakian Family. well done.
I’ve been binge watching all the Davidoff content.
So glad to find a new one posted after work, such a treat
I could listen to Mr Sahakian tell his stories for hours. This is perfect cigar listening.
Always great to listen to the Sahakians. When Eddie talks about his life and experiences time flows by like nothing.
Good evening!
As I have been getting into cigars, lately, I started watching these videos a few days ago. They inspired me to walk down to the local sophisticated tobacco shop and ask for my first longfiller. I wore my finest clothing, watch and jewelry and tried to conduct myself like a gentleman to the best of my abilities. The owner was very friendly and helpful. When asking about how to store and transport my cigars without a humidor, he simply said: "No worries, that is for me to take care of." I have just finished the "Flor de Copan Pelicoso" he picked out for me and it truly was a sensational experience.
Many thanks to Kirby Allison and the Sahakians!
I love this interview with the Sahakians and more over Edward's story about his first trip to Cuba. I'm smoking a cigar and laughing when he talked about the refueling stop!!!! Edward Sahakian is a treasure!😂😂❤❤
I could listen to the Sahakians stories for several hours more.
The level of respect shown to each other in these chats is extraordinary and such a breath of fresh air. It is the highlight of my days and nights to listen to these discussions.
Next time visiting London I will visit the shop and hopefully see these fine gentleman. Always great to see them in one of your episodes.
These three are the definition of gentleman.
Greta gentlemen, tremendous respect tween each other. A good cigar with a friend is true therapy.
Saddled up and sitting in with a Davidoff "The Chefs Edition," a Churchill vitola and a wonderful cigar. Thank you again to the Sahakians for sharing their stories. Time well spent.
Edward tells these epic stories so nonchalantly. Almost as if he has no idea of the history he is a part of. He is so humble and gently spoken.
Outside of veteran Havana cigar factory management, I can’t think of anyone else better experienced or equipped to speak on Cuba’s cigar production processes. Also, great to hear them speak about Davidoff’s process and their beautiful vitolas as well.
Stumbled across these videos by accident and I can sit and watch these gentlemen for hours. I'm not a smoker and doesn't appeal to me however I appreciate anyone that has this depth of knowledge in their chosen field and find their stories fascinating. Class act. 🙂
Beautiful overcoat Kirby. The cigar knowledge of the Sahakians is akin to an encyclopedia and a thriller combined. Fascinating.
Wow what a amazing video. Enormous amount of untold history. Wow
So pleasing to hear this conversation in such authentic atmosphere.
This was great! I could listed to Edward's stories all day. What great company. Bravo!
I´ve never thought I would ever consume a RUclips video that long. However, if the content is this unique, valuable, and absolute pleasure to watch and hear, it´s a lovely experience. I only miss a good cigar in my hands to have a whole sensory experience.
It is a pleasure for me to light up a cigar and enjoy these 3 gentlemen conversation. I’ve been enjoying cigars for over 20 years but through them I’ve reached a higher level of satisfaction.
Kirby, I visited several of the destinations you have featured in your videos. Met with the Sahakians yesterday. Mr. Sahakian Sr. And Eddie could not have been more gracious and kind. Such humble gentlemen. Right away you get the sense you’ve know them your whole life. Also, Joe was superb in providing us with a select group of cigars. Davidoff of London was the very first stop for us and I could not have asked for a better start to our stay. Thank you for introducing us to such legends. Only one thing was absent that could have made it better than perfect, and that was your presence. Looking forward to that day. Cheers!
Fascinating conversation. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed each episode with Edward and Eddie Sahakian. True gentleman
A wonderful recounting by Mr. Sahakian! With the additional narrative by Eddie and Kirby, it evolves into a truly captivating hour. You'll want a great cigar and about 60 minutes to fully immerse yourself in this story.
Surely top 5 videos on RUclips ! I am not joking.. I work from home on my laptop and i smoke lot of cigars so thats how i enjoy it. Thank you Kirby !
Davidoff of London is on my to do list next time I'm in London. Can't wait to meet Eddie and and Edward.
You once again knocked it out of the park Kirby. These visits with the Sahakians are my most favorite cigar videos. When they do travel to TX and possibly other US cities, please arrange events for your loyal channel followers to attend. How cool would that be?
The town Gander, Newfoundland that was the stop off for fuel on the way to Cuba, was the same little town in Canada that 38 planes were redirected to during the 9/11 attack in NY, and the citizens of this tiny town took in approximately 7000 passengers and hosted them for up to five days , as I recall. I read the story about this, and it was an incredible act of generosity to absolute strangers
That's true my friend's elderly Scottish grandmother was one of those passengers. She LOVED it - fussing around making sure the children had blankets and making tea. She lived through the Clydebank Blitz in WW2 so was ready for this kind of thing.
CFB Gander has a great runway/ATC.
A great interview and conversation. The pinnacle of gentlemanliness displayed in this broadcast. Keep up the great work Mr.Allison
Always a pure delight to watch the son/father ethics and interaction between the Sahakians what a beautiful bond and what a well raised gentelman Eddie is. It became a dream of mine to sit down with them and smoke a cigar i surely envy your privildge kind Sir. Thank you for sharing these story and the experience. Best regards to all
Love watching these when I’m winding down for the night, so relaxing.
I tried a cheap cigar before but honestly after seeing your videos it sparked a massive interest in cigar smoking. I'm on h.p Upmann magnums and Bolivar belicosos and royal coronas now 😁 you guys are class!
A delight again with the Sahakians, thanks Kirby!
These men are the definition of true gentlemen.
Very classy gentleman. He’s always offering to light a cigar and no one does it better. I’m trying to light it the way he does. So smooth
Great conversation and as always Kirby a proper gentlemen. Adding the pictures of the journey and planes etc to add to the story was a great touch 👏
These videos are so calming and settling. Really helps one to smell the roses
Came across this gem loved how Edward talks about DR since I live here I smoked my first Davidoff last year and I’m looking forward to the next one.
I have to admit I was pulled into his stories but at the same time I was wondering if Eddie was going to talk about his cigar. 😁 I'm so happy he did!
Eddie is the son every father wants. I see a man just proud of his son.
Proud to be Armenian these guys are real Armenians.
I've been wondering, nice
The Sahakians and Kirby are my favorite company to share a cigar with. Each one of these videos I have lit my own and been a quiet listener to your conversations.
Kirby and the Sahakians. Pure class. Thank you gentlemen.
It‘s such a pleasure to listen to this 3 gentlemen.
Another absolute gem Kirby , Bravo.
Surely a planned trip to Cuba with Edward and Eddie is needed and Imagine the video... Shot in Cuba, You, Edward, and Eddie sipping some fine Rum and enjoying some even finer Cigars....
Wonderful classy encounter/conversation with such classy Armenian father and son. Very proud!
This is one of the most charming, enjoyable discussions I've ever watched. Well done Kirby!
As these videos progress I love seeing the comfort level between the Sahakians and Kirby develope over time.
Enjoy a cigar while watching, such a pleasure.
Hi, my name is Maury. I’m new to the cigar smoking and I love it. Watching your shows are amazing. I will continue to follow you and learn about the life of smoking the best of cigars and appreciating the company you surrounded yourself with. I enjoy watching all of your interviews. Thank you….M
Thank you for such a wonderful conversation. You take me to an era that I can only dream of from a more elegant and sophisticated time. Salutè
Look at the Ararat cognac on table! good job Sahakians keep it up!!! Love from Glendale CA
Thank you Kirby for teaching us so much about the better things life has to offer
I appreciate the level of classiness of these conversations. Thank you for sharing the content.
Style, class, good manners, politeness... these are the reasons that seem futile to everyone's eyes but that make the world go so badly... Thank you Kirby for keeping this going and keeping them a little, so little hope...😌🔥👌
Always a pleasure to listen to Edward & Eddie. Regards the Graycliff hotel - it was a fortress way back in the day, so the wine cellars that Edward is describing were actually the jail ( or the gaol, as they would have spelled it ) - and Avellino as the house roller was succeeded, however briefly, by his son, Avellito. Those original Graycliff cigars were magical !
I’ve never smoked a cigar in all my life but I enjoy listening to these three gentleman speak for hours. A child is born a gentleman is made.
Stumbled across your channel Kirby and am now hooked. Yours and the Sahakians mutual respect and friendship is very evident and makes for very enjoyable viewing. Look forward to many more of these
Can't watch any other cigar videos without referencing these. I don't want to compare, but the quality and conversations are far superior than any other. Good job Kirby.
Absolutely loved this video- it was so nice for Edward Sr. to take spotlight and tell these incredible stories of a bygone era. Thanks Kirby for making this available to enjoy along with a beautiful Cuban cigar.
This is so wonderful. Thank you for sharing the elegance, class, and knowledge all in a fun conversation.
Such an honour to sit with distinguished gentlemen. Smashing
Great Conversation!
Watching this again, and enjoying it just as much as the first time around. Edward.... just fyi, Newfoundland became part of Canada in 1949. I think that's before your stop over! Best regards. Kevin
Edward and Eddie are such gracious gentlemen
Thank you for this amazing video with legendary Sahakian’s Eddie and Edward, I Totally enjoy it.
Nothing but absolute gentleman
Love your video! Thank you.
Kirby. You single handedly put davidoff cigars on the online world and made it relevant to many non smokers. Good production and interesting content.
Thank you, Kirby! I could listen to their stories all day. must order some of the family cigars.
Man Edward Sahakian's stories remind me of my grandfathers' both of which have unfortunately passed away and i never grow tried of it.
Thank you kirby for the amazing content and with the persian new year happening in about a weak i wish you and the sahakians a happy and prosperous year. Keep up the good work.
This was a delightful video! So relaxing and interesting to listen to Edward tell his stories!
Great company watching this on a Saturday evening, and looking forward to enjoying a great cigar and a drink with my son tomorrow… thank you!
These guys are amazing hosts.....they make you feel .....and that's really awesome
How wonderful it would be, a series documenting The Sahakians visiting you Kirby. Really can not wait for it to happen.
Amazing memories! Thank you for sharing these beautiful conversations with the Sahakians.
Three gentlemen enjoying each other and sharing beautiful cigars.
These videos give me chills, a time well spent.
A truely wonderful video Kirby! Content that can't be found anywhere else and I thank you for that!
Kirby I’ve been with you since 50000 subscribers and I’m delighted to be a part of your visits with these two gentlemen! I appreciate all of you for your conversations and cigar sessions.
