No, because....what's the flex? He gives financial advice(which he says isn't). He talks about how his 68K investment in NVDA is going to help him reach his goal of a net worth of 2M(well, he'd be there if he owned property and that house).
This isn't flexing, this is fronting. It's really nonsense. He's talking about retirement. I own 55,000 shares of NVDA, about 65% of my portfolio at this point, cost basis...well, not actually sure. 40,000 at 1.20(~48 a share in '20, 4-1 and then 10-1 split).
Then the last 15 at a ~72 DCA.
I owned rental property in Chicago and Milwaukee(the West Loop and River West area) 104 units all told.
I drive a brand new Tundra...first time I spent more than 20K on a car because...I can write it all off. And then I own a 2013 Malibu. Why? Because they're depreciating assets. The Tundra at least has a resale value of 82% 5 years after purchase, but I've got the Hybrid and it was the same to buy a NEW Hybrid as a USED Hybrid Tundra Capstone. 83K and I hated writing that check.
This dude is not helping anyone get wealthy, he's showing you how to piss away money.

The Audi R8 last generation… it really has always been a beautiful car. Last generation did it justice before the production ended. Great to see you own one of the last ones. The Urus is a great SUV. It has performance & space for practicality of daily use. I like them both as a fellow car guy. This is motivation for me to push forward in my 20s rn to stack my money.
P.S. I’ll be buying these cars used the way the car market going with electric cars. My goal is to get a Acura NSX. Love that as a fun daily
