- These 10 minute stretches will help you cool down and keep your muscles relaxed after working out! It will stretch your entire body and no equipment is needed!
You can do this after your workouts, in the mornings, or even at night before going to bed! This routine is amazing for full-body flexibility! It will help your muscles relax, recover and gain flexibility!
This one is a little longer than my 7 min videos to make sure we stretch every single part of your body! It will tackle your back, shoulders, arms, legs, glutes & more micro muscles!
Stretching after working out is extremely important in order to cool down your body, bring your heart rate down and avoid getting tense muscles!
