really enjoyed the stretch routine; had some difficulties achieving the quad stretch so, I have to work on it more since it has been a long time . P.s . what was the name of the melody playing before last? - Found it (the chills by Timothy infinite)

Keep practicing and take deep breaths! when you exhale try to go deeper in the stretch :)
Yes consistency is key, but something that she doesn't do right is that she leads with her head, instead of leaning at the hips. When you do the straddle fold, your crotch and abdomen should touch the floor FIRST before your chest/head. Almost like a middle split. So if you feel like you're not advancing it might be because you're not stretching it right, or lack of consistency. Either way good luck!
Same goes for your pike (forward fold as she calls it) stretch. You have to hinge at the hips, and your belly should touch your legs BEFORE your head

Hi, Daniela, I guess my definition of inflexible and yours are different. About 70% of your flow here is unavailable for me. What do you have for folks who can't touch their toes, cross their legs at the thighs, or interlace their fingers when their hands are behind their backs?
Whit all respect: this is not for the inflexible...
you don't need to look exactly like I do in thee stretches, it's about doing your best and you will get more flexible every time!
