You should try an itb setup on this datsun. It would give it an old school sound and might as well be a new experience.

Once everything is finished and running good you should try and clean up the engine bay to make it look old and classy. Maybe even add some ITB's and a nice exhaust. Just an idea

I got this awesome craftsman drill from Sears when the one I'm my town went out of business. It is a 19.2 volt two speed hammer drill.

I'm not crazy about Miata's but I'll admit you have made me appreciate them! This Datsun with Miata drivetrain is PERFECT though! I want to get an old TR6 and put some sort of modern engine in it and this is looking pretty darn good!
It could be the mic, but it sounds like it's making a lot of valve train noise. Its a beautiful car and I love seeing dad fawn over it:)

Anyone else think the engine sounds like the lifters have too much play? Sounds like a tractor. Lol the exhaust note sounds really good though.
That exact storm has caused and absurd amount of damage in my county in iowa also left a scar on earth visible from space.

You are definitely going to want to seal that radiator to the opening in the front of the car. There's more open space than there is radiator.

Good thing everybody now wants to see ITBs 😄 if you want to go a cheap route check out what DanST Engineering is doing with bike throttlebodies, you could weld up such an intake yourself :)
