Working on one of these now but the lock rings stuck, to the point that 2 guys with prybars and hammers can’t spin it.

I did same but not accurate fuel level in gauges , I replaced it because it was leak on top and wrong reading level

Make sure the rod wasnt bent on accidnet durring install or no interference with something in the tank

I did not. Dont get much rust in california so it wasnt seized on.

I changed my fuel pump and its still not turning on and still sputtering like the one in the video. Any recommendations?

No codes? For something like a crank/camchaft position sensor?

Check the relay

Check FP fuse, FP relay. If those are good, your cats are probably clogged. Did it stink upon acceleration? Are you getting spark?
