Yes we felt rather than charge the customer around 100 dollars more for a head pipe they really doesn't need (splitting tiny hairs). Keep us posted after you jet that monster.

Hello @YoshimuraUSA, will this exhaust fit the Honda XR190L? It’s very similar to this bike except a bigger bore and it’s fuel injected.
Looking forward to installing one of these if they’re compatible

Get her jetted a bit more aggressively and change the air filter should wake it up even more, getting this thing up to 15-16 HP would be a huge increase in felt performance all across the RPM range, then I would even drop 1 tooth on the front sprocket for a little more bottom end, or add a tooth for a little more top end up to your riding preference!

To be fair, the Vance and Hines slip on for the various Rebel bikes are upwards of 400-600, so that's not a terrible price for proven performance increase on top of sounding and looking better. I think it's a great deal overall. Not a bike I'd consider, but, I think that's a good value honestly.

Oh man, I just love the idling sound without the spark arrestor. I like the tone/poppy sound of it with not arrestor, practical use though... spark arrestor all day long.
Yea dude it sounds sooo good without the spark arrestor!! But if I’m gonna have it that loud I should probably tone down the acts of hooliganism…and I’m just not prepared to do that 😂🤘🏻

Another excellent video. Yoshi sounds incredible. I have yet to do the stock exhaust mod. However for 500 bucks I would be looking at the Corbin seat. I had a Corbin on my KLR 650 back in 2004 and after about 700 mile break in it was amazing. Now who owns the Miata? I 've had 4 of them, including one of the 1990 model I bought in 1989. I wish I still had it. Remember the 110 jet is key to solving the cold bloodiness.

The Corbin seat does look rad, but I had a pretty trash experience with their customer service one time and vowed to never put a Corbin seat on any of my bikes again 😅 Oh and the Miata is mine! It’s such a freaking blast. Unfortunately I may be selling it soon though as I’m realizing that as fun as they are, they’re equally impractical 😂

@@LifeOfBurch My Mother is 93. & has been diagnosed with AML...I'm catering to her...care giver, etc...son in tears /so, dropped my Honda Rebel 110 off for it's 8,000 ck-up and tires up-graded and new chain and I'm replacing my Spit Fire windshield, too! Have learned to shop (groceries) and clean the kitchen! Cook and do laundry/ wow, it was easier sharin' the work! (She shopped!)

Enjoying the XR videos I just bought mine last week I was wondering if you had thought about a tail tidy kit I know personally the first thing I thought it the rear end would look a lot better without the “whale tail” similar to the grom but not as bad
Yoshimura will be sending me their prototype tail tidy once it’s ready in a couple weeks, and TST has one about to release as well! The TST will require cutting/trimming of the stock plastics while the Yoshi will be direct plug-n-play. Keep your eyes peeled for a tail tidy video from me in the next month! 😎🤘🏻
I bought a full exhaust on Amazon for $120 for a crf150 fit right on and sounds and runs good
Are you talking about the 788? Did you have to bend it cuz reviews say it doesnt fit the crf150 well.

She’s been doing great! Thanks for asking. She’s been focusing on just riding for the sake of riding so she can get comfortable and not have to worry about the pressure of filming. She works 40-50+ hours a week, so the last thing she wants is to take her ride time and turn it into more work. She’s been commuting to work on her Rebel anytime she can though which is super cool! I believe she’s actually working on a video right now which will catch everyone up on where she’s been and how her riding journey has been going!

I just want to find the XR150. My favorite dealer sold out and didn’t get anymore from Honda and doesn’t know if they’re getting more.

Yosh has not been with the Honda race team forever, actually up until they switched to Honda in 2020 they had spent the last 4 decades as a Suzuki race team affiliate.

Yeah I don't know if you got your yoshimura pipe for free or paid full price from yoshimura for it but I went through three pipes on my bike I bought the yoshimir and it did the same thing my other pipes did and it loses top end and that's with jetting and everything for some reason it seems this bike likes the back pressure of a dual chambered pipe not the single that runs all the way through and I don't know if you notice that yourself Yes it did seem like it was a little bit more torquey at bottom end but as soon as you got out of fourth gear into 5th gear it lost it I just thought I'd ask you to see if you noticed that. The stock pipe worked with jetting and a few tweaks and everything else seems to work a lot better and you know you can cruise at 60 miles an hour in 4th gear and then run all the way out as fast as you can run this little motor and that is around 70 or a little bit over 70 if you want to go faster than that with the bike close to stock you can run over 70 but I believe it's going off a cliff. That's without motor work doing the carb on her or anything just jetting simple things that you can do on it if you do too much more on it you defeat the purpose of buying this bike because of gas mileage and everything else they designed it for it's a great bike.

Real talk.. at least it has a midpipe or whatever and isn't just a literal muffler can that you attach to the existing stock midpipe or whatever the term is for that part of the pipe-exhaust.

It can definitely be done! This bike’s been out for a decent amount of time in other markets and I’ve seen a few supermoto builds. If you google “Honda XR150L supermoto” you should get a few hits 😎🤘🏻
