Have been trying this for a couple days, it really does soothe compromised skin!! I’ve been trying to get my skin back for years!! My skin is finally starting to look normal again. Hopefully i don’t jinx myself.

I just bought my LaLa Retro due to post menopusal skin and I love it! My skin is dry as I have gotten older. Now I like to feel my face with a bounce to it and LaLa helps but hours later w/o makeup it's just normal skin like nothing left on my skin - I like the feeling of a slight moist skin...ever so slightly I have to add. My LaLa just arrived last night from Ulta but the sample was Bora Barrier and I sampled it and well oh wow! LOVE! my skin feels smooth and not moist just not dry. I must get more of these samples maybe yet it may be best to wait till winter and buy it as I can always put my Sunday Riley Juno oil over LaLa. I may do that for now heading into Spring. I enjoyed your video and needed to see it before thinking of getting it bu will wait. I use Retinol from Sunday and DE's Passoni. I like both. I was a devotee to Elemis but it just isnot hydrating enough and the oil was a bit clogging for my skin I felt. So I'm now using just a few of Elemis and mostly Sunday and DE with great results. Oh one more thing I am also using a Glocolic pad 3 times a week due to my heavier moisturizers to keep my skin from getting closed pores aka whiteheads. Replenix has a nice set of pads but I only use one not as they say daily or twice daily. I also will use my Sunday Riley Good genes but just a bit ...but I never over exfoliate! it's so not good and skin barrier is now finally being recognized as being vital in anti-aging I think due to too many harsh products people use and have no idea what they're doing.

I can see how Elemis isn’t as moisturizing as LaLa Retro. I would definitely use your new LaLa during Spring and Summer and try Bora Barrier in the drier colder months. I think your skin will love it even more!

I see you posting on here with quotes but cannot agree with this quote. My son passed in 2018 and just now my head is just now trying to heal the hell it’s been through. So not in all cases do bitter trials bestow blessings in disguise. I can see in some life events but heck no for many people.
