Let's be honest: you've never heard of Marble, Colorado. And, with a population of only 133 humans, why would you? Honestly, I discovered this town and these adventures only because I was trying to find an available campground before Memorial Day hit. I was in nearby Carbondale, and Bogan Flats Campground looked great. And, it was.
So, after talking to our camp host, and doing some Google Map searches, Wyatt and I happened upon some of the most beautiful and unique adventures we've had yet. From random lakes on an 8-mile, high-altitude hike, to exploring the abandoned marble capital of the country at one point in time, this adventure is one I'll remember forever.
Oh, and if you like food, I make some absolutely banging Wagyu burgers at the end.
