I actually have a similar story but with elves and humans. Elves are connected to an element and are naturally born connected to magic since it is in their blood but some can be born without the ability to use magic (think nonbenders from Avatar). However as time has gone on magic is drastically fading and elves are dying off to sickness due to not having enough magic in their blood. Royal elves have an advantage since even without being a magic user they're naturally connected to the magic source and blood members of the royal families also basically have a kaiju form
I love seeing these OC's. They make me wanna expand and modify my own world surrounding Demons, Angels and Heaven and Hell. I'd love to see more about your OC's and their Universe!

@@VildrArtTM a (very brief) explanation is in homestuck, the trolls (an alien species basically) have different blood colours that are basically social tiers, with warm colours being lower tiers and cool colours being higher (red bloods being the lowest, and i believe purple bloods are the highest (its been a while))

If you listen closely he has like a small moment somewhere in the beginning of this video where he basically says that not all demons are bad/ want to hurt people and actually most just wanna live in peace ❤ (if I remember correctly)
It like my universe were there humans are common and doesn't have abilities but there's other species that exist and have abilities (mostly humanoid) some are half animal, some hide their identities for secret, some can transform their ferocious/cute forms, and some are unique, and each species have rarer types cause the original are common and some were referencing other creatures from movies, video games, anime, etc and yeah humans don't have their rarer types
I just had an idea but with the third one’s powers the engey thing that went around her wrists could differ between other demons as in personality of power level but just an idea :]
1:00 dw i also have an awful favorite child, his name is krren, hes a rakshasa reborn, he killed the young prince to try and disguise himself as the young prince to sneak into the royal family and become king, he was executed because the queen saw him murder the prince and he was beheaded, a rakshasa came along and revived him via rakshasa blood and he woke up without his memories, he saw an executor’s sword by the side, and he remembers seeing the corpse of the young prince, seeing people being beheaded, hearing the screams of the queen, and smelling the scent of blood. So he believes hes an executor but hes still evil as shit, he’s killed many people in his past, and he has killed many people in his new life. (He also has a flaming cat skull as a head.)
Hi! First time watcher here! I really appreciate the world building in this video. It reminds me of some of my favorite fantasy world concepts and ideas. I also freaking love how you shade and highlight. It's something I struggle with so it makes happy to be able to see it in action. That being said, I noticed something that I wanted to gently comment on. Your first character is wonderful, but there are a lot of sterotypes for black women that are easy to fall into that the character design seems to be leaning towards. Spesifically I'm thinking of the "masculine black woman who is prone to violent outbursts or cold rage because of her inherantly violent identity, also she has fire powers because she gets angry easily" sterotype. I'm not saying that's Lava lady's character, because I only really know what you've shown us, but I just wanted to make sure you were aware of the pitfalls that a lot of characters who were designed like her tend to fall into. Also, you mentioned that demon skincoloring can have more range than humans and be lighter or darker, but I have a hard time imagining that when people like Khoudia Diop and Connie Chiu exist. I know that you probably weren't thinking about the true scope of human skin colors when you said that so I wanted to bring attention to it for future reference. Espescially if you ended up basing the entirety of your human population on a much narrower skin color range than what a lot of humans look like. In general though, I really appreciate this video! It sparks a lot of creativity for me and I might do some fan ocs of it! Thank you! It's been hard getting out of my art block so thanks for helping! Yeah I'm aware of the stereotype and other people have brought it up to me as well! I only noticed it when the video was mostly done already. That said since she wasn't meant to be a complete character yet I thought it would be acceptable to leave it at this for now. If i decide to have her be an actual character with a fully fleshed out personality and backstory, I will make sure she doesn't fall into racist stereotypes. And about the skincolors, you're completely right that humans have a wide range of very light and very dark tones. What I meant to say was that the extremes can be more common in demons (like extremely pale and dark black tones). That doesn't mean that there will be no humans featuring these skintones though! Thank you for this comment! I'll definitely be paying closer attention to the way I use and talk about skintones for my story.

I watched your newest design video before this and you have inspired me to try picking up an old concept I had ages ago and turn it into a more fleshed out species. Any advice to avoid burn out? I personally have adhd and I think my issue is I start to many mini projects instead of focusing on one focal project.
Honestly i think different people get burnt out due to different things so it's hard for me to say. I put a lot of pressure on myself to always be productive which is what leads me into burnout but for you that might be different!

His name is Empiroto, and one of them turns most of the human populaition to monsters. Her name is Gasha. And the monsters im talking abt is living in the future. 50000 is the year they live. They live in a city that is in an invisible bubble, keeping the city away and unknown from humans. The city is rulled by multiple royalties. Most of the monsters has their own powers. And uniqe looks. And me and my siblings are one of the royalties. All adults in the city does something for the city until they die or dont want to work in the same place. They are immortal. After the age of around 18s, they stop getting older and stuck in that look. How is my universe?
