I think for newer or returning players the expansion discounts are pretty good. At the end of the day, if you're not expanding your user base then it essentially means you're running out of options. You can only extract so much money from a dwindling pool of players, and not everyone is going to buy the same things.
The only real disappointment was lack of carry-alls in the sale. Double bonus points were on sale last month. They do it roughly 3 times a year. They were very likely not to do it again for Black Friday so close to recent sale.
As an active player and always buying the expansions the one i need was not on sale, and was looking for housing writs and a few carry alls to be on sale. Bit disappointing.
I am not seeing the expansion bundle sales in my store, but I see everything else. Does anyone have any idea? EDIT: I figured it out. The sale items are found on the website store, not in-game.
Talk about entitled.... a company that doesn't HAVE to do anything gives you major discounts on certain items and people complain its not good enough? Eesh.
It’s not about entitlement, it’s about people being conscious. They are a Company that wants you to spend money on them, it's not out of goodwill, it's marketing and they want your money. If a sale (that's all about encouraging people to spend, like Black Friday does not meet player's expectations based on previous deals, then level-headed criticism is more than expected and is reasonable ... That's a healthy consumer - company relationship. You can still appreciate a sale, and say it's lackluster at the same time.
What do you think?
How do you feel about this year's Black Friday sale?

Very true, for players like I am this is still pretty good - but I definitely would have loved to see Carry-All Sales at the minimum!

Yeah... I WAS waiting very excited for this moment... but in the end... I'm not going to buy anything... hahaha

@@RangerHaz And that right there is blatant ignorant entitlement.
