Hard-tag punish and Neutral Wake-up trick

Hard-tag's in TvC can be punished after the opponent bursts, however it is only possible if the character does a neutral wake-up. Hold DOWNBACK in order to wake-up without rolling, as well as CROUCH BLOCK upon wake-up. Hard-tag attacks are NOT overhead in TvC.
