I thought it was my job to teach them how to be a better listener. Now I recognize it’s a lens and focus problem that was keeping them stuck. Thank you for this freedom! Lord, choose me. I have been saying this for years, and one person comes, and now my kids can hear!! Facts!! But some millennials and Generation X don’t want to hear us because we don’t have bands, Versace, a degree, or living with our parents because we can’t afford housing. Like you said last week, you can’t judge if you can’t relate, and if someone is emotionless, that means someone is emotionally immature. I am spiritual being having human experiences and people act like you don’t have a right to frown when they’ve done something that emotionally or financially harmed you. I hope this becomes a Bible study for one of the change groups. Cause the filters are hindering us from emotional maturity and I am concerned about the generation now.
