@@gloriatucker6158if you knew better wouldn’t you obey? I think the discernment is still impaired because it’s handicapped by ignorance. Ignorance is lack of knowledge. When someone chooses do it anyway…they may “know” but that “knowing” isn’t truly authentic. Our knowledge and wisdom has to be so clearly received from God there is no room to say about ourselves we know better. No, we need to know God and we need to know His wisdom because He has given it to us.
All the traits you mentioned are traits of Narcissism-a PD that affects so many relationships including marriages. I know and I'm waiting to be delivered.

Dr D’Man I would be talking back.. but I’m blowing this comment section up! 😂 that’s exactly where I am.. everything I been going through the past years with everyone I love.. I would be in tears trying to explain how and what they were doing was hurting me.. they never cared.. and flipped it on me.. and they all hated me because I set boundaries for myself..it got so bad.. I was on my death bed and they were still using and abusing me and taking everything I had.. and leave me with nothing.. i landed in the hospital and dr swore I wouldn’t make it through the night.. my faith was so strong then.. I told the dr God says wether I live or die.. but when I started saying no.. while I was sick.. that was the hardest thing I ever had to learn.. to love myself.. and set boundaries.. but that’s when things changed.. they would come into my home in the middle of the night and attacked me.. and stand over me screaming at me telling me to call on my God to save me.. they destroyed my home..tried to set the house on fire with me in it.. threatened to hit me with a needle..threatened to burn me on a cross in my yard.. they told everyone I was on drugs.. and that was why I shake.. me and my sister both started shaking bad in our 30’s.. drs claim it’s hereditary.. but definitely never been on drugs.. but a lot of them were.. and I was there for them trying to help.. I couldn’t even cover it all.. all the hurt 😢 and pain from that.. the anger and bitterness almost destroyed me.. I took a bunch of pills after all of it figured death would be better than this.. and mad because God didn’t take me when I got sick.. and save me from the suffering I would go through.. wondering why would he save me for this.. But God.. and now been fighting praying so hard to just be me again.. for God to renew my heart.. take away the bitterness.. it has pushed me away from wanting anything to do with people period.. and I just keep praying the last year.. Lord renew my heart.. I don’t want to feel that way.. I don’t want to be bitter.. I trust no one now.. and I just want to be able to love again.. like God does.. like I used too..😢💯❤ I truly needed this word.. Ty lord for everything you do for me.. 🙏💯❤️

This is so on point and I’d like to encourage people to recognize that “offense” doesn’t just have to be something really bad to have negative outcomes if avoided.
Even small “offenses” accumulate and can lead to catastrophe. This is what happened in my marriage. Some of it came from me avoiding conflict (child wound there), and some came from me not knowing who I was yet as an adult child.
I didn’t realize, for instance, that my ex wife’s constant consultation with her father for the FINAL say on a matter bothered me so much, but what was at once just minor added up to be massive that she allowed someone outside our marriage be the authority. As a result, she opened a business with no biz experience or training at all. Her dad gave her a loan, the buildout, and encouragement. I had to stand on my head to make LIFE work in the meantime.
Both my avoidance and inability to speak up (I didn’t have teachings like this) built up a mountain of resentment and sadly, it toppled me and our marriage. I wish I handled it better-lots of struggle and failure on my part-but PD hits the mark when he speaks on offense. I just want to encourage people to apply this principle beyond just the most egregious cases, like gaslighting.
I understand. I feel I was too weak to stand for what I thought was right for me and my life. I don't let anyone move a step now. Maybe a little rigid but I'm not caring right now. At least I don't try to be vindictive. Cause I think I can really get off on vengeance. Serial killer in the making....lol

Healing from years of infedility with multiple women and lies. He has been forgiven and we are trying to heal but sometimes he still slips up and lies about things. But then he says im sorry and tries to do better again. Just need encouragement. He was my best friend and partner and is the father of my 4 children.
