@@GearSpinTools Have you noticed the trigger action on these Flex drills is not smooth? It is in stages, very jerky/uneven stages. Uhg, I can't use the one I got (FX1271T) for my intended application.
I had the same issue with a 5 ah. Mine was just to cold, obviously your indoors, so probably not your issue. But for anyone having this issue after being tools in from the cold, let it warm up and try again.
Did you remove the "phase change" material? Very likely the failures are not coincidence. Batteries are not supposed to be wet inside.

Can you replace those cells? Does anyone know where you can by them?
I’m not sure if it’s an issue with the cells, my guess would be it’s the board that’s having issues.
My batteries are doing the same wish someone would make a video on how to fix
Yeah I think it’s toast
They have a lifetime warranty. Contact flex and get a new one
@GearSpinTools you can "jump" these batteries with a good battery and they work again.
