Depends on your understanding of a flat battery.. if there is no activity then the battery is below the acceptable charge voltage for the BMS (battery management system) circuit board to recognise the flat battery. By putting another battery of equal voltage in parallel that in fact has charge (voltage) then the BMS will recognise and deliver a charge to the circuit.. After a few seconds disconnect the second battery source from the flat battery and the BMS should continue to charge the flat battery as usual..!!

How to revive an SOK Bluetooth Lithium Battery and bypass BMS The BlueTooth has discharged the battery and you can't charge it. Open the battery and charge the cells directly for about 10 minutes - after try charging from the top through the BMS. If it doesn't work, recharge all the cells bypassing the BMS to nearly 100% capacity. If the BMS still won't work: Disconnect all power from BMS, let it sit overnight, make sure you charged the cells without the BMS to about 80% - reconnect the BMS, start charging normally through the BMS on top of battery.
I have the same problem, went camping for 4 days with a 110Ah. It was fine and charging for the first 2 days no problem then 4th day no charge and was flat. I dont know why it would stop charging all together with my solar & sun all day to keep it going ?
Thanks for the info, I watched another vid similar by another youtuber that showed ways you could kick start it with many 12v methods just to trick the charger into realizing a battery exists there to be charged. I was lucky My electrician i called didn't come and come through the manuals and found out my AC to DC charger had a mode i could run 12v without a battery and that kick started it just turning that on for a few seconds then switching back to charge lithium.
I make it simple , lithium battery had only 1.6v after being disconnected for 8 months as my cleaver family disconnected from solar, since the solar was locked at 19.6v Max, I used a multimeter and connected direct to the battery and remove panel cables every 5 mins to see where the battery would sit at, I only did it 3 times (15mins charging) and was high enough to wake up the controller, so quickly reconnected panel to controller and away it went, from there the controller took over with battery charge level fluctuate, I'm hopping it does not go below cut out voltage as it had a good 4hrs at 25amps, I find out tomorrow
Will this work on a solax battery please. I have two 6.3kw linked. I think I may have one that has shutdown as they only charge to 40% then start sending excess power back to the grid. A step to step guide for a solax battery would be very helpful. Thanks so much
Hi, I have a 48 Volt 10 AMP battery that will charge for around 5 minutes then when I use the electric bike it will die very very quickly within 15 seconds how do I revive that battery. It does have a built in headlight and that's the only way that I can think of to discharge it. Or should I get another 48 Volt good battery and just go positive to positive negative to negative any help would be appreciated thank you Andrew
Probably it's loo late to reply..don't know whether you will see this. But anyway, you should try this procedure called battery balancing on your battery pack. The device used in this case is called a 'battery balancer' and costs about 9,000 INR here in India. Or you may catch hold of someone in your area that repairs lithium battery packs and ask him to do it for you for a fee. Hope it helps. Regards
Carefull, not every battery has a safety bms, so li-po battery's and li-ion cells inherently do not have bms on the cells themselves, you need to add it for them to be "safe"
hello can you explain to me the function of the wire on the lin socket? is there a 12 volt present if I connect it to negative, should it interrupt the 200A' relay?
Please I need help. I have some pieces of lithium phosphate batteries 🔋 that don’t retained charge 🪫 and I noticed the electrolyte seal covers are broken 😞. Can that cause a problem to the batteries? Can I add an Electrolyte to the batteries cells? What type of electrolytes can I add. Please kindly help me with a tips or solutions: Thanks
Great hack. My 6 vah battery went dead and got zero voltage at battery and charger. Used a car charger at 10 amps [2 amps didn't work] and charger started.

Can keep it under the Blanket with you to Warm it up then run it and keep Alternating Keep it under glass in the Sun If you have a Car keep it on the Dash until it's Warmed, keep checking on it though cause even in Winter the Dash can reach 100° Wrapping it in Clothes or Blanket to insulate You posted this 15 Hours ago, so I'm assuming it was getting closer to dark, and you were frantically searching for an answer. And for Future reference, buy a Heater Buddy and a Propane tank. That'll keep the Tent warm. I don't recommend those Heaters for use in any Unventilated space but in a Tent they should work GREAT
Because the battery looks as if its output voltage is zero at the terminals, but the pack of lithium cells inside still probably have some charge left. The terminal voltage is zero because of the internal contactor / relay / disconnect device which most Li batteries have now for safety reasons.

But how do you flatten the batteries if they have bms low voltage cut out ? Surely that would make it impossible to flatten beyond the cut out level
I have the same question. Just experienced this.
Because the battery looks as if its output voltage is zero at the terminals, but the pack of lithium cells inside still probably have some charge left. The terminal voltage is zero because of the internal contactor / relay / disconnect device which most Li batteries have now for safety reasons.
If you leave then long enough they go completely flat on their own.
It's called BMS
Next time try to find a room that is acoustic friendly
This method supposes you have access to another battery.
That's time I will never get back
