So it looks like skil can compete with dewalt. They were almost the same amount of slow
I didn’t agree that your money might be safer in a bank, because that will mean your money is going to buy less.
Bosch #1
Just found the manual and it seems the light flashing is saying "excessive force" or "over temperature" , if it I could find a moment where it blinked 9 instead of 6 times. Also says to start in one (1) speed then more to (2) speed... For metal work (but the application method could be the same): "Maintain a speed and pressure which allows cutting without overheating the bit. Applying too much pressure will: • Overheat the drill; • Wear the bearings; • Bend or burn bits; and • Produce off-center or irregular-shaped holes" But speed is monie bb
I picked up the anti slip ratcheting for 101$ today
Nice real world video.
brushless battery will last a little bit longer.
Yes
I got both of these sets, I got the four piece M18 brushless after my compact ryobi 1+18v died. Pound for a pound of these are some of my favorite tools for size alone. Milwaukee kills it, but the one+ set will do more than most other entry sets. I still use the one+ impact for building coops and frames.
Dude you had the ridgid Off and running way before the kobalt. Unfair all the way. I’ll take Kobalt over Ridgid ALL DAY LONG btw 🙂
I shall say, the craftsman drill is good, but the only change I would make is to get rid of the plastic and switch to a metal chuck
Thanks man i really love tha milwakee
Make it a pin detent then we talking 🎉
Open the latch to slide it in. I’m not trying to be smart just a thought
I got mine for 25$ best tool for 25$ ngl
Kalau masuk indonesia naik 5x lipat
How was that 12 amp Bosch I got the 8.0
Not sure what’s going on with some of the quality of GEARWRENCH right now. I’ve have a handful of different things from them that work great and love them but these big box sets the quality has been kinda rough for me at least. I got the 243 peice first and the box came with the locking mechanisms broken off and the box had a bunch of side to side wobble so I returned it. Then got this set and all the nurrling for the 1/4 was terrible so the sockets were all on there so loose and wobbled all over the place. The 3/8 stuff was better but still anything from the bottom drawer was wobbly on the ratchet too. Went into Home Depot and swapped it out for another today and everything seems normal now but haven’t actually got to use any of it yet. I’m a ski lift mechanic and we use a lot of there stuff at work but typically 1/2 drive stuff and that’s all been great plus there snap ring pliers are better than the knipix ones that are double the price
I could not hold a drill without a bottom feel to weird
Biased
The PBLDDO1 drill has the extra battery contacts twords the back of the drill and you need to use a High Performance 18v battery for that feature to work.
I got it 49 .swapped all the 12 points with hyper tough impacts
Heads up boyz and girls, Flex replaced all my leaky batteries with no issues, I even got a hat and a T-shirt! They are definitely owning up to it with no issues.
If I don't need the power of the Fuel, in most cases I don't, then I'd rather use this one! So much lighter and easier to use!
189 over here in AZ
Comparing 12v to 18v with the same 2Ah battery in each platform. The test isn’t suppose to be exactly fair.
My brother in Christ, you have two widely different batteries there, its not a good comparison
2Ah battery for both, if anything have a little advantage to Ryobi with the high performance battery.
That in You're store If I was you buy and Resell
The only thing better than the m12 fuel gen 3 impact is the m18 version that blows everything else away. Cool video though.
Hart is the lower end milwaukee and craftman is the lower end Dewalt!
I just bought two of these sets for $2.99 ea online at tsc website.
Its priced at $2.99 right now online if you selct curbside pickup.
Used it for a few days now. I like it
The performance is almost negligible; maybe 5-10% if that. You could do structural screws but nobody in real life would be doing torture tests like that on these 12vs. You’d be better off taking the money you saved buying brushed and getting a beefier battery. I own the brushless chameleon and impact wrench btw.
Both are great.
Yeah, that's great. Now go try to plug that battery all of your blue Bosch tools: it doesn't fit! It's specifically to only fit on a select few current models of Bosch tools! This particular GBA18V120 model battery is just dumb!
@@euclidmegara4120 You can file off the little tab preventing it from being used on any Bosch tool.
@GearSpinTools so, is Bosch just doing this to make money? Even if there may be an end user hack, Bosch is thinking of something other than their customers.
@@euclidmegara4120 Not sure, it might have something to due with protecting the battery with certain tech that is in the ProFactor tools vs nonprofactor. Like Milwaukee for example it’s fairly common for their 12ah batteries to go out of balance.
@GearSpinTools I give you that, there could well be a good reason that the 12Ah battery is different, but they shoudl be very upfront about that. The Bosch US website lists compatiblity for the GBA18V120 and it says "18V Circular Saws" and it says "18V Reciprocating Saws". But that's just not true, and it doesn't list my jig saw, but that's the one tool it fits on. When you buy a 18V tool you are buying into an echosystem of interchangeable tools and batteries and there is an implicit agreement that Milwaukee, DeWalt, Makita, Hiliti, and probably others, understand that they will continue to support your hundreds of dollars of investment and in exchange, you will keep buying their tools. I've used decades old Milwaukee tools with brand new batteries, even high Ah batteries that look silly hanging off the bottom of a little impact driver: but they all work. If there is a high draw tool, like a chop saw, or a chain saw that needs a current that most 18V batteries can't put out, that's one thing, but a high amp availabilty doesn't mean the tool has to use it, and certainly the capacity of the battery shouldn't make a difference! I'm pretty sore because I just spent $200 on a 12Ah battery that fits exactly one of my dozzen tools and no one at Bosch's technical support is able to tell me why or how I can know in the future if the battery I buy will be compatible with what I have. One rep said "well, if it doesn't fit, just return it" and I asked if he would give me his credit card number to pay for return shipping. He declined. The regular customer supprt people don't seem to understand that amp hours and amps are not the same thing. One told me that "a 12 amp battery will damage your other tools"! "Um, ok, thanks for the information, could you transfer me to the tech support folks?" I have a couple "core 18V" batteries that say "profactor" that and they fit all my tools. I bought one 12Ah battery that doesn't say "profactor" and it fits just one old saber saw - and to add insult to injury the back of the 12Ah that doesn't fit has the "AmpShare" logo. They are just rubbing it in that this battery works with tools from all these other brands, but not with my tools from Bosch!
Not true I have a profactor 8.0 fits and works just fine in my idh-182 my gdx18v-1800 and my gsb18v-490. My Bosch Gli 18v-1900 and of course my 360 job site radio
They aren’t even in the same class should compare Milwaukee 12 vs skil 12
Simply showing a lower tier tool vs higher tier tool.
different NM Torque. Mil has the strongest torque here
back to $116 bucks. sad
I just bought Makita xdt19 I ❤❤it
Why does my click when I turn it into hammer mode seems very tight to turn it into it
Not sure, may need to just be broken in with use.
Now test max torque.
Wow, that is a great deal on itself! Free battery with a discounted tool? Man, makes me want to switch brands!
@@tpp4007 For sure!
Did flex fix this issue?
@@kingeleven3820 Yes they did
Did they fix this issue? Im planning on buying a drill set for $99 but im doing some research before i pull the trigger
@@kingeleven3820 yes they did fix it
Yet!
@@jasonmelancon8096 Yeah, some stores do have some tools or batteries locked up. So really depends I suppose.
I would say it’s more of a matter of control and personal preference. Self feeding spade bits are faster, but many people say that the standard spade bits are easier to control.
@@DiligentDave1966 Valid.
Link de compra
@@javiervelazquez8106 They only have in stores if still available
I like good cordless power tools, but why is it people put the impacts against drills etc, an impact is just better on your wrist and arm, also why do are all these speed tests so interesting ? I mean I know a trades persons time is money, but today’s brushless are not that different.
Mine won't do it
The ridgid has center screen. And your right hand. You subconsciously give cues to the one you like.
