@@GearSpinTools I don’t know about the Bosch, but the Dewalt flex volt and the Flex are supposed to be two of the best grinders on the market. I have a corded Skil, and I don’t know if I’ll ever go cordless because I only use it once in awhile.
@@DiligentDave1966 The Bosch I have is the x-lock 4.5” so not very powerful compared to those. Back when I bought it I needed one for a couple projects and it was like $100-$110 with 2 4Ah batteries so couldn’t pass it up and it does everything I need it to do.
The Craftsman string trimmer deal is sort of lame. Unless the one in this video is a newer model, my one of my local stores had it on clearance for $29.
@@GearSpinTools I just got a Ryobi string trimmer with a 4.0 battery and a charger on clearance for $50. I had to buy the spool separately, though, but the 5 pack was on sale. My yard is tiny, so I’m pretty confident that it will work fine for me.
@@GearSpinTools All of my OPE is brushed Ryobi. Like I said, my yard is pretty small. Someone gave me a Ryobi hybrid blower, a Ryobi circular saw and a Ryobi oscillating tool. The blower seems to be sort of weak, but does a little better when I use it as a corded tool. Anyway, I needed batteries, so I got the hedge trimmer as a free tool during Ryobi Days. It actually does a decent job for what it is. It only made sense to get the string trimmer when I saw it on clearance.
I’ve heard that the Flex grinder is really good.
Yes it seems like a powerhouse. I actually have it but haven’t had the chance to use it yet, I usually just grab my Bosch which gets the job done.

@@GearSpinTools Us weekend warriors don’t necessarily need the most powerful tools to get projects done.

Yeah, I didn’t look into specs but the craftsman blower might be decent since you get a 4Ah with it.

@@DiligentDave1966 That’s a sweet deal.
