Depending upon the purpose only we can design a structure.

Depending upon the load acting on the structre only we can desire structure shape and strength.
There is lots of factore we need to consider to design a rcc member or whole structure,

Grade of concrete,
No of steels,
Depth of concrete, etc.,
By adjusting those factor we can find enough amount of strength of structure or member.

Formula to find limiting moment?....Is there any other formula to find limiting moment?...Are the limiting moment and balance moment same?....u told designing balanced section is difficult....no it's not difficult... it's very easy to design...yet why don't we go for balanced section? Please explain why...
