This is a great vehicle. Very comfortable ride with air suspension. Jack of all trades with drive modes. Much more comfortable than my ‘15 BMW X5 was. Is the engine/transmission combo the same…no. The torque and power are incredible though. Will it be less expensive to run? TBD.
I disagree with the comparison to the regular MDX. Way different. I wouldnt put up with the lack of power and harsher suspension. Again, there is a massive difference.
Drive a type S for a week then a Aspec for a week. I did. I would never drive a regular MDX.
