The dream that Pilate's wife had was about Peter, James and John falling asleep while Jesus prayed in the Garden of Gethsemane before His crucifixion! He'd told those 3 to stay awake while He prayed, but... The dream shows the serpent putting them to sleep while Jesus prayed in agony about what laid ahead of Him. And then she saw Hubby put on the snake bracelet! Not a good omen! 😱
Wow, I’m ashamed to say I didn’t notice that either! I did wonder when I first saw it, but I hadn’t read past Leviticus at that stage so I guess, who can blame me? 😅 thank you for sharing! blessings to you
Brother, you nailed one of the DEEPEST topics here: Jesus does not desire "Religious" HE Desires "relationship". THAT is why I do not claim to be a "religious" person. I label myself as a "girl of FAITH". I want to desire relations with God/Jesus even half as much as He does with me!
I have watched you go from not being sure about salvation to absolutely being made new from your acceptance of his sacrifice. It has been a glorious experience for me to witness. Please if everyone in the comments could pray for my husband, Tommy who has stage 4 cancer and not much hope of surviving much longer I would appreciate it. I still believe in a miracle working God.
@Pam Stone. My husband was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer in 2016. One of the many scriptures I prayed was from 2Chronicles 20. "Father, all power and might are in Your hand and nothing can withstand You. LORD, we have no power to face this vast army of cancer that is attacking us. We do not know what to do, but our eyes are on You. Our hope is in You.Amen in the Name of Jesus."
I just rewatched this. When you stopped the shop at 34:24 you said that you weren’t a preacher or a teacher. I TOTALLY DISAGREE that you aren’t a teacher!! You ARE!! And YOU’RE A GREAT TEACHER!!!! PLEASE DON’T EVER STOP!!!! I’m 67 years old. I watch The Chosen on Sunday night & then again with you. I rewatch your videos because I learn SO MUCH from you!! You’ll NEVER KNOW how much of an impact you’re making!! I Pray the same Prayer for you that I Pray for Dallas. For Him to keep you as a broken vessel. Because they spill more water & let more light through. God is using you in a WONDERFUL WAY!!!! Thank you for all of the time you spend with us, on us & for us!! This is a WONDERFUL show!! It means so much more watching it with YOU!!!!
MY GOD, Barnaby"s laugh made me cry!....and he saying "thank You" for healing his friend... his eyes. He's THE BEST FRIEND EVER. Humble, Joyfull, kind and childish to her... for more friend like it in the world
I have been watching you since you were Non-Christian... I subscribed because your heart always came through. I loved your take on the Tamar/Mary scene. So many of the reaction videos have been more judgemental. Thank you so much. My next move is to support your channel. Shirley from Indianapolis
I have watched you since the beginning and Im so happy for you to have a sponsorship by Angel sudios. Your journey has been amazing. I also love the theme song!
I love how emotional you are about Shula just because you know what’s coming! I did the same thing! What a beautiful surprise that we all hoped for and believed was coming!
Did anyone else pick up on John saying, "You know I don't do well in crowds." John was the apostle that died in exile. So he definitely was not in a crowd!
You crack me up! It's pronounced Pie let. ROFL. I'm so honored to have been able to watch you grow in faith. It's been beautiful. Congrats on the little man.
AND I LOVE YOUR CHANNEL AND YOU AND YOUR WIFE FOR SHARING. I cry like you with every episode. I think we all do. I have been saved since I was 12 but feel renewed through this show for my love of Jesus.
At first I just wanted you to get on with the video, now I appreciate your train of thought. The questions you ask which is not the norm, many of us are programmed not to think. Thank you for that!
I like the scene with Tamar and Mary. It can be symbolic of cultural issues. I think in churches we have a difficult time understanding different cultures. We instead choose to build up walls. I admit I might be reading too much into this. Many cultures view a woman speaking up as loud and abrasive. Whereas, some cultures view that as a strength. I also relate to Mary because I am guilty of comparing myself to others. Some people don't suffer as much as others. But we all suffer. I think in the church we need more empathy and listening. No who has it the worst.
Cultural differences is definitely an issue but at the same time I felt that Tamar was acting very entitled. Like these people took you in and you're complaining and demanding and when Mary tries to be understanding and keep the peace between Tamar and Ramah, Tamar still fights back and never considers their culture either even though Mary does ask her about her family. So I understand that Mary was finally pushed to her limits and patience. I'm glad they both finally got a better understanding of each other and made up
As Jesus was healing Shula's sight my tears just fell. It will be a year February That I've been blind in one eye from surgery. My right eye took the stress, 2 trauma cateracs are on right eye. the doctors wanted to do prosthetic eye on blind one. I've always prayed that one day Jesus will heal my vision. I was so happy that Shula received Jesus healing. Praise God

Leon, your question "Is it wrong for us to ask for personal healing?" It may be to some, and to others it is not. However: There is a really great lesson to learn from your question. I submit to you that I personally believe that it is not selfish to request healing for ourselves, but what do we do with an unanswered request? It's risky to ask for personal healing if we are not ready for the truth. What does an individual do and or believe if they are not healed? Does an unanswered request invoke anger, disappointment, back-sliding, etc? I believe that there is great wisdom in asking for healing if it is God's will first, and then finding resolve in the answer to that request. As was mentioned in another segment, it may not always be God's will to heal. " Maybe He has something other than healing for that person. Our responsibility is to embrace God's will whatever the outcome, but we must first have it settled in our minds. Then go ahead and make the healing request, and if there is no healing then we have already had it settled in our minds. Our prayers are always for the glory of the name of God, and according to His will. The person who comes to my mind is the life of Joni Eareckson Tada Thank you.
This was my favorite scene. Barnabie and Shula was so sweet. When Jesus was like There it is … my favorite quote from Him 😊 A Messiah did come, but no one listened Hermanito 😢
That line Jesus drops to the crowd is so good. "It doesn't matter what is put in front of you, you will reject it." Some people just don't want to believe, and nothing can change their minds. And honestly, the same thing happens outside of religion, with politics, equality disputes, and more. There are just some people with too much pride to admit that they are wrong. Nothing, not even the most convincing evidence, will sway them, because they value their own opinions and mindset over the opinions and mindset of their maker and his followers. Which is a real shame, because God wants what is best for everyone, so those that refuse to accept him are only hurting themselves.
I have watching you, Emily, and your little precious bambino who is soon to enter your familia for quite some time. You are the best and I have “chosen” to watch your presentations. You keep it real. Decapolis used to be a town in Jordan where currently archeological excavation is done. Jordan is in the eastern side of the sea of Galilea. It is basically the border between Israel in Jordan.
I would love to see your reactions to Episodes 7 and 8. Are they coming before season 4? My bad, I just found them. What a great channel you have! I cried every tear with you. This show is beyond amazing.
1:42:30 this is what people in my country call “naniningil”. In English terms, it’s when someone counts the things they did for you while they were struggling and blaming you for the hurt they feel or asking for something in return. Though I understand why Eden does it, and why she acted the way she did and said the things she said. Eden’s grief is heavy. Keeping it to herself, unwilling to share her grief, and taking it out on others-that makes it heavier. The way Simon handles this is almost how my partner handles problems like this. And the way I handle things is almost like Eden. He blames himself for getting it wrong, intentionally or unintentionally. I jab and hurt him with words I regret later. He ends up blaming things out of his control while I try to regain focus on us. Things end up resolved in a healthy manner, we talk it out and don’t let each other go to bed without discussing it, regardless of whether or not we resolve it that day or the next.
Everyone going to Simon, n them calling him the teachers pet, is a lot of foreshadowing. Simon is later renamed Peter, by Jesus, which, in its original language, meant the rock. Jesus told Simon Peter he was to be the rock he would build his church on, n he was known as Jesus 1st apostle, or the prince of the apostles, basically, the teachers pet lolol, his most ardent follower... Peter would later go on to be the first pope ever of the newly budding church, which would later become the Roman catholic church!!! Hope you find this info interesting n useful!! There's something more, that he's most known for in the Bible, but I don't want to spoil that big surprise later, as it is absolutely going to be a big epic episode, in itself, no doubt!!! So everyone that knows, hush, lolol!!!
Leonardo, Paul wrote about this in a letter to the Ephesians. You should read all of chapter 6, but here are the relevant verses. Ephisians 6:10-12 "10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. 11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.."
In answer to your question if it's wrong to learn something productive and used for good, from someone who's not so good. I believe it's ok, because I should not judge. Perhaps in my learning I should teach and then that person may learn from me. How else will I bring people to Jesus? I think one of the biggest mistakes I think we as followers make is once we are saved we tend to look at those who have not yet been saved, as different or wrong. We forget our humility. The Mary and Tamir scene perfectly demonstrated that. Because we are all different. We shouldn't assume anything about the other person.
Leonardo, Jesus followed Jewish Religious laws perfectly. He could not be a perfect sacrifice if he did not live a perfect human life, and as a Jew that required him to follow the rules of the religion. Even in episode 5, you saw that he was wearing tzitzit, which Veronica touched when he was in the crowd. Tzitzit are the fringe tassels which were a tradition of the Israelites, and still are for observant Jews, to remind them of the 10 commandments. These are written about in Deuteronomy, part of the law of Moses. Before Jesus, there was nothing but religion, and observing its rules to reach God. It was Jesus sacrifice and the sending of his Holy Spirit that made a personal relationship possible for all. When Jesus died, the veil in the temple was torn from ceiling to floor, symbolizing direct access to the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost. Jesus was religious, he just wasn't an extremist. Not all Pharisees were extremists, look at Juseff, and Nicodemus. However, plenty of them disobeyed the first commandment, as they placed the religion above Him. FYI - If someone reading this notices that I have said something inaccurate, please correct me. My intent is only to share truth.
Earl I don’t think Leonardo was trying to say that Jesus didn’t observe Torah. He was saying he wasn’t religious in the same way that many Christian’s today will be quick to say they are not religious but rather have a relationship with Jesus. Jesus did follow Torah perfectly but often clashed with the religious leaders over tradition and the extra burdens they were adding to the law. Specifically around sabbath
I suffer from RA, AS, arachnoiditis, and many other itis's. I'm pretty much in pain all of the time, but night time is the worst for me. For the most part I have accepted this as the way it is going to be, but one night as I was trying to ignore the pain and fall asleep I was burdened with a severe pain in my hip and to make matters worse, I then started having esophagitis, which is severe acid reflux that feels like a heart attack. My mind went to the woman who touched Jesus' hem and I began praying that I could just touch Jesus' hem. I pleaded with the Lord to take away just the pain in my hip and the esophagitis. I could deal with the rest, but if only I could touch (symbolically) His hem, then I could make it through the night. When I finished my prayer, I rolled over onto my "good" hip and my husband immediately rolled over and started rubbing my hip for me. I'm not even sure if he was awake. The Lord uses angels on earth to do His work. I was so amazed by this when I realized that my esophagitis had gone away as well. I will never forget that night when I touched the Lord's hem and I pray for the day when I can do it "live" and be healed of everything. I know it is possible with no doubt.
No es egoísta pedir por sanidad. No es egoísta pedir por nada. Somos libres de pedir. "Así que acerquémonos con toda confianza al trono de la gracia para recibir el amor y encontrar la gracia que nos ayude en el momento que más la necesitemos". Hebreos 4:16
when we allow a More fallen person than Ourselves to help, it's helping them perform service to God. Jesus taught us that we are all his children. compation before judgment and separation.
7:50- I love how God warned Pilate's wife on what was coming. Even though we don't know her name and she was married to a villain God gave her a heads up on who the man she was married to is going to do, but needed to be done in order to fulfill the prophesy to free us from sin. 8:23- The serpent is appropriate to describe Pilate and another snake that goes back to Adam and Eve. 1:01:23- If I could punch Eden in her face, I would. Just fucking tell him, he can't read your mind. 1:20:44- Shut up, Karen. I know he's male, but that's what the Pharisees were. 1:29:27- That is God’s grace. 1:33:37- Technically I wear glasses, so I'm near-sided. I suppose that makes me half blind, but I can't fully relate to a blind person although God did send me a vision one night of my glasses breaking in half and I tried to fix them to put them on, but my vision was clear without them. Not sure what it means for me, but I get why Shula is afraid to ask for healing. I've worn glasses since I was 9 years old. They became my norm overtime. It's not that I don't have faith, because I do it just its hard to imagine myself seeing the world with two eyes again. 1:38:13- That's what I worry about because I don't want to be selfish. Sort of like Little James was about not asking for healing. I think not asking keeps me humble. 1:41:17- He's right though, sometimes too much stress on the woman can cause miscarriages. Stop attacking the man. 1:41:50- I agree with Peter. Stop blaming the man, dude. Society does too much of that misandrist shit for too damn long. Hold women accountable too, thank you. 1:42:38- Eden is not the victim by the way and that read my body comment, I want to slap her for that. 1:44:04- Sounds like Job.
Please pray for my daughter & baby grandson. Who are in need of serious support & safe. That they getting full miracles. That they get held by God. Amen 🙏 Amen
Jesus was a religious man. He was a Torah observant Jew, the embodiment of it. God in flesh. He was practice pure and undefined religion: visit the widows, orphans, fatherless, and keep ourselves unspotted from the world. As Christians we can hang unto religious traditions more than understanding learning the word of God.
If you watched “The Two Thieves,” which was the prototype for The Chosen, Dallas had one of the thieves as a zealot. That got me thinking about this scene. My bet is that zealot that Jesus was speaking to directly will be that zealot.
LT, again I loved your reaction to 3/6. I’ve watched older reactions of yours to worship music. I’m a big fan ofElevation and Hillsong. Looked at your playlist didn’t see any Elevation. Have you done Old Church Basement or Lion albums. Both great, buy I liked older stuff with Mack Brock a bit more
If it is wrong everybody would be in trouble Because most Believers of our time learn skill from non believers, the Bible says He uses the just and the unjust,
If it wrong to learn a skill from a "bad" person?.Depends on how you define 'bad'. We are all sinners and worthy of hell. Would you allow a Buddest who is a world famous surgeon operate on your wife if she needed his skill as a doctor. However, I wouldn't allow a known pedophile who was an amazing teacher who had won awards for innovative teaching methods to teach my daughter in school. I think each situation needs to be evaluated concerning the details and circumstances.
I personally believe that Simon Peter was a widower. I don't think that Jesus would have called a man with family responsibilities like this to take on the heavy duties of a full time apostle, being gone all the time, neglecting a wife and children, not earning money for their keep.
I have been watching you for a couple weeks now but i havent seen a video on how you came to Christ. Would you be open in putting up a video on when and how it happened? Was ot because of the Chosen?
ill like to point out that although Mary and Tamar have cultural differences , Mary failed to see and understand the general human emotion that all people suffer she also struggled on how to navigate new identity in christ unlike tamar, she was bold enough to let bygones be bygones in christ and be more forward with her faith, still keep her outgoing personality WITH NEW UNDERSTANDING OF GOD.
Many of us are like Mary in this scene. We tend to compare our circumstances with people we believe “have it better”. We think they have it good. Like Mary said, “that must be nice”. Insecurity and envy, humanity’s biggest downfalls. We forget that people who are happy and bold and willful and “have it good” have struggled to get to where they are in life.
Jesus followed the law of Moses to the letter, but he was Jewish and came to fulfill the law and the prophets. He is the one who gave Moses the law in the first place. Forgive me if I don't quite know how to articulate the trinity, but I do my best. Praise Jesus!
Who wants to bet that gayas ends up being the Roman who converts at the time of the crucifixion?? Or the one who Jesus forgives as they're scourging him beforehand, which might be one n the same, not quite sure
how good or how bad is someone, or what is good or bad .... knows Godfather only .. but if it is judged by us, cannot be the right judgment, because we are not Godfather
I am late again, however, if you learn from the bad, are you not at the same time showing them the love of Christ by accepting their wisdom? Just a thought.....
the progress from "NON-CHRISTIAN REACTS" to "FORMER NON-CHRISTIAN" 😊 #amen

I love how God sent Pilate's wife an early warning.
My heart goes out to Eden. It’s such a trying thing to praise God when He says “No.”

I wounder if even God Know we would like to be heald He don't do it untill we ask him?
That was Pontius Pilot's wife Claudia, known to be a "Dreamer\Seer"!
Not selfish to ask for healing. He wants us to. It shows our faith in him. He LOVES to do miracles for his children.

Ephisians 6:10-12
"10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.."
Omg just noticed the label change!!! I'm so thrilled to learn of your salvation along this journey!!!!
I love your channel!!
Love you Brother!
I have seen it and its wonderful!😊
Specifically around sabbath
care about you, really do
I suffer from RA, AS, arachnoiditis, and many other itis's.
No, it's not selfish for wanting to be healed, delivered, freed, whatever. And it is the joy of the Lord to heal us.
I pray for my daughters good friends Father in his last hours on earth. May he smoothly move to Jesus!
No es egoísta pedir por sanidad. No es egoísta pedir por nada. Somos libres de pedir.
"Así que acerquémonos con toda confianza al trono de la gracia para recibir el amor y encontrar la gracia que nos ayude en el momento que más la necesitemos". Hebreos 4:16
I love you guys
Dear Leonardo please watch and coment Pasion of Christ of Mel Gibson😊
when we allow a More fallen person than Ourselves to help, it's helping them perform service to God. Jesus taught us that we are all his children. compation before judgment and separation.
Hello familia! Donna from VA
Amen 🙏 Amen
I think Gaius is the roman centurion that Jesus heals the servant for.
Yes I think that is a given at this point. He was talking about the servant with Simon while they were working
Also people are theorizing that Yusuf is the Joseph who donates a tomb for Jesus. I wonder if Barnaby is the Barnabas with Paul.
@@priscillajimenez27 I think Yusuf is definitely Joseph of Arimathea. He is from Jerusalem and is very wealthy
We may Know it in saison 4
Healing is the children’s bread...

Jesus was a religious man. He was a Torah observant Jew, the embodiment of it. God in flesh. He was practice pure and undefined religion: visit the widows, orphans, fatherless, and keep ourselves unspotted from the world. As Christians we can hang unto religious traditions more than understanding learning the word of God.
yep
If you watched “The Two Thieves,” which was the prototype for The Chosen, Dallas had one of the thieves as a zealot. That got me thinking about this scene. My bet is that zealot that Jesus was speaking to directly will be that zealot.
to get used to being sick and learn to handle it does not mean Godfather willing was to be in that situation
As for asking God things for yourself I think it's interesting that the prayer of Jabez is him asking God for things and God grants his prayer.
LT, again I loved your reaction to 3/6. I’ve watched older reactions of yours to worship music. I’m a big fan ofElevation and Hillsong. Looked at your playlist didn’t see any Elevation. Have you done Old Church Basement or Lion albums. Both great, buy I liked older stuff with Mack Brock a bit more
Well it looks like I have a brother after all. We will meet in the air. Look up brother, the Lord is coming "soon". Maybe "soon" is now....
I believe that’s what held Nicodemus back.
I think each situation needs to be evaluated concerning the details and circumstances.

hi i’m from Wva
I personally believe that Simon Peter was a widower. I don't think that Jesus would have called a man with family responsibilities like this to take on the heavy duties of a full time apostle, being gone all the time, neglecting a wife and children, not earning money for their keep.
Honey bunches of oats. Tasty and crispy.
Hi are you making season 3 ep 7-8 and season 4 reaction soon?
I do not see any link to download
👍🏽
How come you stopped reacting to this show?
It’s also cultures clashing.

Or the one who Jesus forgives as they're scourging him beforehand, which might be one n the same, not quite sure
how good or how bad is someone, or what is good or bad .... knows Godfather only .. but if it is
judged by us, cannot be the right judgment, because we are not Godfather
Pilate and Claudia
There is no sound. Watching on tv. 😢
I’ve seen everything except Season 4
Some crave men’s approval more than God’s. The religious leaders did.
Jesus didn’t ask the students to sharpen weapons.
No one is all good or bad.
Sir, may we speak? one man to another?
I'm listening
I am late again, however, if you learn from the bad, are you not at the same time showing them the love of Christ by accepting their wisdom? Just a thought.....
Sure pause for just one second which is equivalent to 10mins
You say Pilate like pilot (-:
