The scene between Little James (Jordan) & Jesus (Jonathan) gets me every time. As a lady with Cerebral Palsy that scene always helps me because I use to ask God why he gave me so much to handle & so many people use to make me feel like a burden. So yes Little James is my FAVORITE‼️
TESTIMONY!! I was just blessed with an overflow of toys and a 100 gift card for me and my kids!! I had almost nothing to get my kids this year guys!! So I'm just totally surprised that people think the fact that you can get your child toys for Christmas that somehow that is a blessing I don't understand first of all Christmas is not of God that's not win he was born a blessing is something that is not monetary well while I say that sometimes God will bless you monetarily and I'm not God so I don't want to be negative but it seems to me that you're in the scope of the American Christmas where it's about toys not about the birth of Jesus and the funny part is that's not when he's born

Incredible , Scene with James and Jesus, scene with Matthew and his parents were so powerful
The conversation with Jesus and Little James really spoke to me. I know I can go on missions trips in spite of my disability. I also learned that while a Believer may not be healed from an infirmity while on this earth, it should not be a stumbling block for them to heal others in Jesus' Name.
I have watched this episode so many times and I tear up EVERY TIME I watch the scene with Matthew and then Little James and Jesus. 😭😭😭❤️❤️❤️ It is only getting better!!
The conversation with little James and Jesus was soooooooo deep and it pulled me right into the feelings that I have about not being good enough to do things for God. I cried.
I love the Chosen it is the best Christian movie I have ever seen. It takes you to that intimate personal place between you and God.

Which one is your favorite, which one speaks to your own personal relationship with God?
Like you said the whole movie is great! The one that really got me was when Simon the Zealot and his brother who was crippled and for 35 years he stayed in that position until he met Christ. Sin keeps us bound in the same positions until we meet Christ. Love it!!

I am a devoted member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saint(Mormon) and I have loved this. I have had many tears during Chosen but many blessings also and they have loved watching also. God loves us all. Amen
Amazing. Watched so many times Matthew reconcile with his father, it still touches me, I cried out deep. Wanted to reconcile with my mother before it gets too late. she of over 90s now. So I called her.... Thank you Jesus.
I lov how Quintus is changing and wonder what’s in store for us.
We see Gaius's soft heart toward Matthew before he heard the sermon of Jesus and now he is so close to speechless because of the heart felt impact the words of Jesus had on his heart. I wonder if he will be the solider at the cross who says ¨ Truly this was the Son of God ! ¨ .

I love that during the last segment, Matthew is walking through the streets without being spat upon, yelled at, cursed at or pushed for being a tax collector.
Tax collectors lived a normal life. They weren't spat on on a daily basis. Even zachaeus walked among the people without fear.
And treated as others are treated by that Roman Soilders who bullied passed him.
The world needs THE CHOSEN in this historical time of brokenness in all nations and in many hearts.
Amazing show. .it's like a time machine.... putting us right there amongst them ... What a blessing... Thanks Jesus ❤️

This series was meant to be. So many good scenes that capture humor and scenes that capture emotions. The actors came out of nowhere and have put on a performance. Dallas Jenkins has really done an amazing job creating, directing, and finding these wonderful actors. In a world so full of uncertainty The Chosen is a great series to turn too. Thanks Isaiah for sharing!
Episode 2 is great and powerful. I cried during the dialogue between Matthew and his father, when they forgave each other.
Best scene.. the reconciliation between Matthew and his parents... forgiveness brings forgiveness... only in Jesus Christ name.... wow... Niagara falls... in fact my bride and I watched these first at the theatre... the lady sitting behind us was pouring out in emotions.... praise the Lord God

Always a couple classic, memorable scenes in each episode. Three in this one. Right in succession. The commissioning of the 12, the explanation to Little James of why he would not be healed and the end where we see Simon taking the lead among the 12 at the end as they get ready to leave on their missions. Amazing stuff.

The part of Little James really spoke to me like how Jesus said it doesn’t matter how God looks at you he doesn't care like a lot of times we worry for what other may think or say about us but God he doesn't care God made us in his image and he didn’t do a mistake there is a story to our lives behind it all❤️🔥
Yes ! and its our Spirit, Our soul ..that was created in 'His image' .. even before we were born !! ...therefore God was not refering to our Human body it is mearly the carrige in which our Soul/Spirit journeys in ! .
The director & screenwriter makes this series so riveting & touching even though its screened free i feel led to give or as the Chosen App says “pay it forward” all the cast & crew deserves love gifts to financially support them & bless them so more episodes can continue 😇👏🏻👍🏻

I feel so much closer to god after watching this. The part where Jesus was teaching his disciples they need to trust him and not worry about food.

I see myself in Little James: waiting on a promise the Lord gave years ago, yet I preach to others to trust in the Lord and wait.
All I can say that I have been in tears 😭 ever since I have seen the chosen ones.
I've been living with diverticulitis for years now and I have encouraged so many people to believe for healing and I know that if He desires to heal me He will and if not then He will give me strength for every day that I am here on earth. Is it sometimes hard? Yes but even when I am having a hard day, I'm trusting and believing Abba Father and acknowledge that He is Faithful and Good, that I can believe that He will never change. ☝🏽💪🏽🙌🏽❤️
EACH TIME I WATCH MY SOUL IS INTENSELY TOUCHED TO THE EXTENT OF TEARS OF WHAT GOD IS DOING WITH THIS STORY..YOU MAKE IT SO PERSONAL.

Psalm 23 was the song on my childhood schools singing competition. I was lost but it's ok, because it made me the winner to pull me out when I was deep down in the valley of death and darkness. 42:47 @IsaiahSaldivar, my son caught this last night. It was said that the disciples were not to take anything, not even a staff in the Bible. But in last nights episode, he says that you cannot take anything EXCEPT a staff. Why was this changed? Last night we thought it would be good to give real context to the stories that we were watching on TV so I read to them this particular scene and Matthew and that’s how we came across this.
They changed it so that they could insert another false doctrine about healing.
If they said "NOR a staff" like the real Jesus said in Matthew chapter 10 then Little James couldn't possibly have been one of the 12 who were sent out because he couldn't walk without his staff.
That's why they wrote in that Jesus didn't heal Little James.
According to Scripture the real Jesus NEVER refused to heal or deliver those who came to Him or those who were brought to Him.
But, the Scriptures also never say that James had any kind of disability.

This comment is for Isaiah Saldi (or whomever is the Podcast host); I hope you see this. Idk who you are and I have never listened to one of your podcasts, until I found this recorded series of the Chosen Season 3. During episode 1, I was annoyed that you spoke over (on top of) the movie. I turned it off as soon as the credits began rolling. However, tonight I listened to your comments at the end. I am BLOWN AWAY by your knowledge of the Bible and your wisdom of interpreting tonight's scene with Little James. 6-1/2 years ago, I broke my back (shattered 3 vertebrae). Since then, I have been living in a wheelchair with indescribable physical pain due to the spinal cord injury. I cried, prayed, begged, yelled, and screamed at God to take away the pain. Hundreds of times I questioned why doesn't God hear me and why doesn't he heal me. TONIGHT ... YOU gave me a new perspective on why God has not removed the thorn from my side. THANK YOU. Thank you for streaming this show and giving your profound insights. Other people have told me this series was created by Mormons and was not Biblically accurate. I read the Bible from cover-to-cover (once), and I do not see anything in this movie that contradicts the Bible. I agree with your comments on this episode's VERY powerful (and tearful) scenes. I tip my hat to Dallas Jenkins! Well Done!!!!!!!! I watched Season 1 and 2 on RUclips and liked them SO much that I bought the DVDs. After tonight, I will go search for Season 3 and 4 on DVD. I’m crying about Matthew and parents scene.. I’m crying about his character. He’s on a spectrum also.. I could relate, similar to my son
OMG Iam disabled cannot walk or use my left hand totally dependent on caregiversJesus’talk to James appealed to me very much. But still I am lost and uncertained if I regain mu ability to live indepenently Please give me good advice how to deal with my disability
The incident with little James had such an impact. Though we all may have different incidents that touch us, able to connect with little James the most. Though they are not written that Jesus spoke to James in such and such a way, the point was very biblical and thoughtful. Beautiful
It’s not biblical. Jesus healed all who came to Him.
@@considerthebirds yes it's not biblical because we don't have an account of that, I suppose they wanted to address those who are not healed though they have faith. Many accounts in the episodes are not exactly from the Bible.. So yes we have to understand that too

I cry every time I see it because I have Cerebral Palsy & completely felt that same way.
The disciples were fearful people just like every other person facing the unknow.

Dear brother Isaiah, to whom I am SO grateful for what you've so graciously made available to us, please don't say you have allergies. James 3 says the rudder of your tongues will direct your boat towards allergies, and the bit of your tongue makes the horse go toward allergies and your tongue "sets on fire the course of nature." As do so, so many other verses. You are doing us such a great service, please indulge my "preaching," which is out of genuine concern. And thank you so much for doing this for us!!!
Watching these episodes again let's one look at different things. When Quintus was talking in his office, before I never realized how LOUD the Roman soldier's sandles were. Clink, clink, clink.🤨
